Can’t recommend this brand highly enough. Have bought multiple items (online or shops) and always fit perfect and the quality and comfort is spot on. Delivery to NI in under 2 days as well. Thanks again, only problem is i am starting to have too many tokyo laundry polo shirts but they are so comfy!

Ordered around 20 Garments over 5 Orders this year. Garments : Quality fine - better than most mid range high street, tumble dry with care (I no longer do as 3 items shrunk but its most likely tumble dryer settings), T Shirts go for 1 size bigger, but Polo's are a good fit normal size. I like the short sleeved shirts, fit very well. Customer Service - No problems, contacted me when Hermes damaged a package in transit and had no issues with it being returned to sender and replaced, seem to reply to me very quickly on the email as well. The best thing certainly in the south east, its still not a massively exposed brand although confused for Superdry - it's something different.

Very good quality clothings. True sizes so can rely on the size charts. Colors still maintain after many washing. Mostly ordered tops. Pants do not have long lengths like 36L.

Amazing service, item arrived a day after order placed. There was a manufacturing fault with the item, contacted customer service and this was exchange with minimal hassle. Definitely purchasing from Tokyo Laundry again.

constantly deliver late, always fail to update their website as to what's in stock and what's not so half my clothes don't turn up, what does turn up is mostly in good quality but customer service are terrible.
