We had the funeral of our friend Graham Croudace on 27th October 2022 from the moment he died he was treated with the upmost dignity. We went to see him and he looked at peace. Thank you Paul you were fantastic. May I also remark on Stuart Preston the Celebrant who was absolutely fantastic it was like he had known him for years. We had a quirky funeral and every need was catered for. Thank you to Paul and his team for their excellent work.

My family and I used Unique Funerals recently for my husband's funeral, and to say they surpassed all expectations would be a massive understatement. Paul and the team were absolutely amazing and gave my husband a very special and memorable send off. They just got everything so right, even with all the current restrictions which is obviously a challenge. They have the perfect mix of being professional, caring, understanding, accommodating and providing an extra special personal touch I haven't encountered in a funeral director's before. Paul was the main person who looked after us and I can't thank him enough for everything he did for my late husband and our family, including all of the invaluable help and advice he gave me about matters that relate to a loved one passing. I was also relieved at the final cost of the funeral, which was less than expected and less than other funeral director's. As somebody else wrote in a review, unique by name, unique by nature. Thank you so, so much Paul and to all your team, we'll never forget what you did for us.

Unique Funerals is a place where the work of those who work there means everything and it is clear to see from the moment you first speak to them. We used this funeral directors for my Dad's funeral in September and Paul and his whole team simply went above and beyond in order to make the service the best it could be and as beautiful as it was, even under the restrictions being faced by all at the moment. We looked around at a few funeral directors before collectively deciding as a family that Unique was the place that we wanted to look after Dad, they simply made the most heartbreaking and difficult time of our lives that little easier. They granted all of Dad's final wishes without question or feeling the need to add extra fees like other places. A massive thank you to Paul and the entire team at Unique, our entire family is eternally grateful.

I just have to say a huge thank you to Paul and Stuart they have been amazing, They made what’s been a really difficult time really easy and explained step by step what needed to be done. I’m honoured my dad spent his days resting with them, I felt piece knowing he was in Paul’s care , they really did take good care of him there so compassionate and caring and that comes across in conversations and the time that was put into Into making sure Dad had everything he needed. There so patient and gentle when it comes to all the decisions that have to be made. Stuart really takes the time to sit with you and get to know your loved one and this makes for a beautiful and true service I couldn’t be happier with the words Stuart spoke of my dad from all the memories and enjoyable times we shared with him. My family and I have not enough words to express our thanks to Paul and Stuart and staff for the absolutely beautiful funeral they organised for my wonderful Mum Jean Minshall on 23rd April 2021. Their professionalism and Care went above and beyond. Every tiny detail was covered beyond our expectations. Mum's seagrass casket was stunning with the engraved wooden hearts. I can't recommend unique funerals enough. When i first called i mentioned it was only an enquiry as my mum hadn't yet passed, but had stated she wanted to leave her body to Manchester University for medical research. Even knowing this, Paul spent the time to talk me through what should happen and told me to ring him at any time if I needed assistance, even if i wasn't going to use them. This made the decision to go with Unique Funerals very easy when tge time came. They kept it very simple for me and Paul or Stuart kept in regular touch to check how i was. Even after the funeral Paul has checked on me while we wait to be able to bury the ashes after lockdown etc. At a very hard time, they have taken the pressure off and looked after everything for me. For a personal service at the worst time in your life I couldn't recommend Unique funerals enough. Thank you guys.

We found Unique Funerals through a google search. After a few telephone conversations with various other places we got through to Paul, straight away we knew Unique Funerals was the one we would be going with. From start to finish Paul and his team such as Stuart the minister were with us every step of the way at a very sad and distressing time in our lives. A tough time made even tougher due to the Covid-19 situation we are in. They were kind, caring, empathetic and genuinely a delight to speak to. Nothing was every too much, total professionals and managed the whole ordeal brilliantly for us and with us. They even managed to arrange us some beautiful flowers as due to the current Covid-19 situation we was u sure if we were able to get any. I would genuinely hand on heart recommend this family run company to help you deal with the loss of a loved one. Thank you Paul, Stuart and team ❤

Unique funerals arranged my father's funeral last year. Paul was outstanding. He took the stress and worry away from the family as he assisted with every aspect. Professional and friendly but more so a very kind person. The staff are all on hand to help or answer any questions 24/7. I cannot stress that a such a traumatic time for any family Unique funerals is the best by far.
