Fantastic company and 1st Class mattress!! Not only is my new mattress comfortable, it is also made to a very high standard. I would expect nothing less for the price I paid, however I’m glad that I was not disappointed, in fact I believe Winstons Beds surpassed my expectations with this wonderful 6 row hand stitched natural mattress. From purchase to delivery, this company was a real pleasure to deal with, I was kept informed about my order throughout the 4/6 weeks delivery period which was reassuring for a worrier like myself. I can say that I shall be referring all friends and family to Winstons Beds as well as being a returning customer myself. 5 stars well deserved.

The team at Winstons beds are incredibly knowledgeable mattress experts. Every time I spoke to someone at their office, there was no making it up or guess work. I love there website, there is so much information and video guides, it makes picking the right mattress easy and it's clear that the support they offer doesn't end the moment you pay. As for the mattress itself I purchased a 1500 7 row mattress, absolutely fantastic and amazing. 100/100. It's beautifully hand made and unbelievably comfortable. Still shocked at how good of a price it was!!!

Ordered an Winstons soft double mattress with 13500 pocket springs. I am very pleased with the quality of this item. The fabric is a lovely and soft, the mattress is ever so comfortable and soft, I sink into it. I was very happy with the service. Generally I won’t purchase from anyone who has less than 100 reviews and that’s 100 5 star reviews minimum. I only purchased from Winstons beds because a good friend stated they make the best mattresses he had ever slept on. So I took the plunge and purchased a Winstons Ultimate Collection 6FT Super King 100% Natural Mattress with 13500 pocket springs and 7 rows of genuine side stitching with a 4 Draw Divan and panelled headboard in 100% linen fabric. I looked at similar products which by the way there were not many of apart from other high end sellers such as Savior, Vi Spring, Hastens and John Lewis. All of there similar sets though would cost me over £20000, Now I have already had a Hastens mattress what I paid £14500 for and it is amazing. I tried a savior and John Lewis ultimate collection mattress rrp of £18000. They were also amazing. So you can see why I was hesitant to buy from Winstons as they were promising me a better mattress for 25% of the price. The mattress arrived and the delivery drivers whom were so polite took the mattress upstairs and the bed. They unpacked the bed first and put it together with my headboard. So far I was very very very very very !!!!! Impressed, the sheer quality, I was shocked ! Now came the main part for me, the mattress! They took the packaging off and laid it on my bed!!! AMAZING !!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL MATTRESS!!!!!! 3 MONTHS ON.......... I STILL LOVE IT, ITS SO COMFORTABLE AND MUCH BETTER THAN MY OLD HASTENS MATTRESS ! The value for money is unbelievable! My husband and I purchased a spring top divan with a headboard, I was told the quality is top end and on parr with the likes of vispring, the quality was exactly as Winstons stated they would be, actually it was better. We also purchased another mattress from Winstons. This is our 2nd mattress from Winstons, we wouldn't go any where else ! Always such comfortable mattresses. Best mattress makers in the UK!!!!!

My husband and looked through dozens of mattress websites and visited showrooms to find a mattress for our son who has unfortunately got severe back problems. We spoke to Martin on the Winstons webchat who was very helpful and directed us to a number of options in our price range. He wasn't pushy and answered any questions we had. Paying was quick and easy and unlike any other mattress website or shop they are taking the old mattress away for FREE. The mattress was delivered in the 7th week and 4 months later our son has thanked us as he is finally sleeping better, thank you winstons for this. All in all a fab service. We will be back in the new year to replace our bed and mattress.

We are extremely happy with our new Wessex collection mattress from Winstons Beds. The website was easy to use with great information. It was also very helpful to be able to then talk to someone about the Wessex mattress we'd selected to see if it was the right one for us. Even though there was not many reviews to go by all reviews were praising winstons and so we took a gamble what paid off. The mattress itself is absolutely perfect, excellent craftsmanship!!! Couldn't be happier! Sarah was really friendly and helpful and gave us space to take our time. Our lovely Bed, headboard and Winstons collection mattress were delivered by Peter and his colleague at the time we were promised. I have had my products for 4 months now and can hand on heart say it is the nicest most comfiest mattress I have ever slept on!! My husband also agrees. We are also so surprised at the quality of the bed and headboard, the Main fabric is on all of the bed including where the mattress sits, under the base and also behind the headboard, this is very different from the cheap black fabric what is usually on beds and headboards, no staples either !!!!!! Customer service: My wife and I was buying our first new bed and mattress for over 15 years. The guys and girls at Winstons Beds were ever so helpful, talking us through every step of the bed and mattress buying process and recommending the bed that was right for us instead of the most expensive like other retailers. Comfort: I waited over 3 months to post my review, and can with 150% confidence say I've never slept in a more comfortable mattress. It can also be turned both ways which gives me confidence that it'll remain comfortable for many more years. Price: Not cheap nor expensive, but it's much more cheaper than a bed or mattress from one of the other brands such as Hypnos, John Ryan by design, vispring, somnus etc with the added bonus that it's excellently made with identifiable, natural materials that breathe. I can honestly say this is the best mattress I have ever purchased and cannot believe I got such a high end mattress with better quality than the likes of Hypnos and John Ryan by design at a CONSIDERABLY lower price. I am very grateful to finally be able to sleep better and throughout the night.

perfect buy. With my wife having severe mobility problems the Wessex mattress has eased her muscle stiffness within days of use. I am ever so amazed and very pleased. I was advised by other retailers such as Hypnos, John Ryan and Mattress Man to go for a firm mattress even when I told them my wife only weighs 10 stones, I am very happy I listened to Winstons and went for a soft mattress with a high spring count, It is supportive to the whole body and my wife and I love it!!! Delighted with the kingsize zip and link mattress I purchased from winstons beds.
