Jeff did me the enormous favour of transferring several cine reels at incredibly short notice before my Mother's funeral. He kindly let me sit with him to check what was on the reels as I'd only found them by chance a couple of days before I was due to put together a tribute video for the funeral. What an amazing haul of memories suddenly unlocked. He suggested we check reels I wasn't even going to check, convinced they were of something else entirely, and I'm glad I trusted his knowledge and expertise. Jeff, on behalf of the entire family, thank you so much for your kindness as well as your professionalism. It was a pleasure to sit and chat with you while you worked, in spite of the circumstances. Of looking after your old 8mm cine film found memory's. As my cine films very 50 year. As it is a difficult and time consuming process and by luck and good fortune I picked Pennylane, what a good choice. Pennylane owner Jeff answered all my questions on the shipment process of my precious cine films and the delivery process of the finished product. Jeff's knowledge and experience of this process was second to none and put my mind at ease. The proof of the matter is I was not dissapointed with the finished product (mp4 digital files).
