Tom replaced our 22 year old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch and our old hot water cylinder with a MegaFlo system last week. He also installed a Nest thermostat. Our old system was still functioning, but I wanted to replace it at my convenience rather than being without heating one winter and having to rush it. When he came round to do the quote, he did a thorough check of everything and his manner and professionalism gave me enough confidence to finally go ahead with the project, having stalled for a few years when others had come to quote for the job. As he predicted, the water pressure in the showers is now even more than what the old shower pumps could manage! His responsiveness to messages and calls was superb and he did not cut any corners. He provided the very best parts and installed them incredibly well. I felt that he did the job that he would have done in his own home. I also found him to be exceptionally honest and very clean and efficient in his work. He gave us a 10 years parts and labour guarantee for the new boiler and 25 years warranty on the MegaFlo. Very happy with his service and the cost was reasonable given the work involved. I will not be calling any other gas engineer except for Tom in the future.

What can i say, brilliant! I wont go anywhere else. Tom knows his stuff and charges reasonable rates. He installed a boiler for us and diagnosed + fixed a subsequent issue caused via an electrical fault (unrelated to the boiler and installation). I approached Tom for a new system boiler installation after researching for new boiler installation quotations from different suppliers. Tom provided a reasonable price/quote for installing quality Worcester Bosch boiler. I reached him after 10 months of the quote and was amazed to hear that the original quote hasn't changed and he would provide me 7 year + 3 year extended warranty for £50 more. Tom installed the boiler on the scheduled date within 3-4 hours. 3 days after installation , I approached Tom again to report the thermostat issues, and he was quick to drop in within 2-3 days and fix the thermostat as well. I would highly recommend Tom for new boiler installation and any boiler/heating related issues.

Brilliant! Tom identified the problem with our hot water cylinder immediately and repaired it on the spot, so no need for a second visit. The domestic & general engineer had said a valve needed replacing (which they of course didn't cover under our insurance) when that wasn't the problem at all. Our boiler decided to stop functioning when the weather turned bitterly cold. Our service plan provider organised a visit from an engineer but he subsequently had to go into isolation, and they then contacted Tom. He called by that same evening. Saturday morning Tom arrived equipped with a new top grade boiler and soon after lunchtime the job was finished. Tom's service was first class and he had all the qualities one would wish for in a proficient engineer. He rescued us from a week of cold misery in a matter of hours and if there were any more stars available I would certainly assign them to Tom.

Tom used to work for us at Sava, he was our lead gas engineer when we ran a gas and oil boiler installation service called Optima. Tom was loved by customers and all the team alike. Recently he's been back into our office fixing one of our radiators with a sticky valve. He was as professional, cheery, positive and helpful as ever and had the radiator fixed in no time. Absolutely outstanding. Tom came over last week to do an inspection and talked us through what he felt needed to be done. His clear knowledge gave us the confidence that he was going to do the Right Thing, so we left him to it. Today he replaced our ailing condensing boiler with a high-quality Worcester-Bosch. I needed the installation of pump to an existing gravity fed shower system. The pipework installed by the previous plumber was not straightforward. Tom is a nice guy, listens to what you want, and is a good communicator. Spent time understanding a) exactly what was needed and b) whether it was doable, before committing to a price for what I was asking for. I contacted Tom for a quote on a vertical radiator installation and thermostatic valves throughout the house, great quote was given and scheduled me in very quickly. A day before he was due to be round the pump for the boiler broke so I asked if he could take a look at that too in which he didn't hesitate with at all, in fact he is that efficient that he carries a lot of parts with him and seemed to be able to sort most problems there and then. Hi, we had a major problem last weekend when our Vaillant boiler stopped working, so we had no heating and hot water. It was freezing. Tom came round on the Monday and diagnosed the problem but the system needed a power flush. He did this Tuesday and replaced a sensor and, bingo, we're all back working.
