Incredibly fun experience! There are a wide selection of games to choose from and managed to try five different games in 1hr including shooting zombies and exploring the ocean. The staff are really helpful at explaining how everything works, they are always on the line and if you ask any questions or need pointers with the controller they are always there to support. The experience is no frills which makes it good value if you are just looking for VR. This place offers none of that which is fine because instead you get the most time in the VR for the lowest price. Would definitely recommend to anyone, it's worth the money especially if you've never tried VR before.

We came here as a family for a special Mother’s Day activity. Staff are super helpful and supportive and we were able to change our original booking without fuss, which was perfect. Staff explained everything to us carefully and were on hand to make sure we had a great time. We all managed to play together and separately and we really enjoyed our time. We love playing games and the VR experience really was special and there was something for all of us to enjoy. We will definitely come back again.

I took my son to this VR experience and was happy with the how easy it was to book online and the professionalism of the staff on arrival. We had some slight confusion during the game, and the staff were quickly over to help us. The VR sets and layout of the place is nice. And, the VR games themselves were entertaining. I will definitely consider going again and won't hesitate to recommend them.

As the owner of my own VR entertainment place when I visit a town we always meet and chat with other owners - who we often chat with on social media. Vertigo is one of the best I’ve seen in the UK. It’s an amazing location with plenty going on around you, plus the setup is great with a mix of gaming, VR, motion simulators and amazing 5D cinema. It’s well run with great staff, clean and with a proper bar. A credit to Milton Keynes and if you are ever in this area then give it a go great for kids parties, escape rooms, zombies and work team builders.

Great place and cool experience. We have been there few times with my son and played virtual reality games. He loves that. Lat time we been invited to a private party and it was even better experience. Staff were very polite and nice with children. This time we tried everything what is available there, games, cinema and simulators. Amazing ways to entertain. Lots of credit to the owner for making welcoming and safe environment. Great place - I took my 13 year old twins for a half term treat and was thoroughly impressed. Really calm atmosphere, (intejected with some very excited children - squealing, laughing and relaying their experiences to parents) friendly staff and good value. Kids really enjoyed all three experiences - although the 30 minutes I booked in the arena wasn't long enough! Definitely recommend.

Brilliant fun! We were late after getting stuck on the glorious M1 but phoned through and they were really accomodating. Complete newbies, the staff helped set us up and get going. Once we started, we were shooting zombies in no time and mostly dying gruesome deaths. Totally recommend 👌

Booked vr arena experience for my son and his friends for his birthday. The staff was very helpful even though there was a bit of lack of organisation (maybe because it was a busy Saturday afternoon). Boys liked the experience and had lots of fun. They enjoyed the fact that they could talk to each other during the game and that they could choose different games from the memu them selves.

First time visiting, and i had my 8yr old son with me. I was a little worried how he would get on, but the site, equipment and staff where fantastic, friendly & showed theyn loved their job The site was clean, well set up and the staff did everything they could to make the whole experience seamless. Although we where in separate cubicles we where placed next to each other, and our headsets set to a private chat. I could also check which games he was playing and play games with him. The selection of games was really good, and the equipment provided really helped you feel fully emersed. On the "egg" VR Sphere, i will say i felt nauseous (did not feel this on the VR Arena), but my son felt fine. The video we had felt so realistic it was freaky, i almost forgot that i wasn't sat i side an egg! The 5D Cinema was ok but as we did that last it wasn't as impressive to be fair, but still worth trying. Over all we will be going back, my son is already moaning to have his Birthday there.

This is a place to visit if and when you are around Milton Keynes! Virtual reality magnified...lots of fun games for kids, teenagers and young adults. I would have loved the cinema room to go on for a bit longer (just managing your expectation 😊) Can't fault anything really, not a huge collection of snacks and nibbles to buy from however for what it is, it gives an amazing experience. Thumbs up for MK entertainment standard 👍🙌👏😍

Loved our visit yesterday. We did the ‘arena’ gaming and found it really fun and immersive. An hour was a good amount of time to try enough different games but not get too worn out (I was perhaps a bit over enthusiastic in the boxing game). Staff were really lovely and accommodating. Space was very tidy and clean.

Had a fantastic time for our daughter's eleventh birthday party. The team were really friendly - flexible and accommodating - and looked after us so well on the day. Some parents were nervous about the Covid situation but the staff made sure everything was cleaned down regularly and there were disposable headset masks too. All the children loved all the games and the party room (with PlayStations) was a real bonus too. Thanks to all the team at VertigoVR for making a great party!

Nathan and the rest of the team were very attentive, the VR experiences were great fun and the slushies and pizzas were tasty! This time we choose VertigoVR for our meeting First of all I’d like to mention that all the equipment is in a perfect condition and super clean Lots of space inside to feel comfortable while waiting your turn or just decided to grab some drinks and chill. Great party for our son's 12th birthday. Initially, we spilt into two teams of four. Team one battled trolls, ogures & dragons with VR bows and arrows. Then in PVP mode fought against each other in a medieval fortress. Very cool. Team one experienced the VR pods, with a interactive racing game and a virtual flying experience (this made Dad feel a bit sick but the kids loved it). We then all had a 5D cinema experience. This was then finished off with a hour in the party room with pizzas (Zizzi's round the corner), where the boys played on Fortnite in teams. Dad saw at least one Victory Royale! The boys all left happy from the whole experience. Thank you Jake, Alex and the Vertigo Team.

Incredible staff and value for money. We had our sons 7th birthday here and the party package was extensive. I would warn you that vr is addictive but the more time you buy the cheaper it gets.

I booked 4 children to have an hour each in the VR arena. The children are aged 11, 10, 7 and 7. The 11 and 10 year old absolutely loved it, one of the 7 year olds loved it too but one of the 7 year olds was quite scared of the mask on his face and was also concerned that the games looked so realistic. The staff handled this really well. They tried to persuade him, got him to have a little try and then tried leaving him to play, in the end, he was quite adamant he didn’t want to play, so I went to see if he could do anything else instead. Unfortunately as it is a VR centre, he couldn’t really have anything that didn’t involve having something on his face, so the team offered to cancel the session for the 7 year old who didn’t like it and added the 5D cinema and VR sphere to the package for the other 3 children, whilst setting the 7 year old up on the PlayStation instead. This was a thoughtful compromise which was much appreciated. The booking was easy, the check in was also easy. The staff handled questions well and were efficient and considerate. All in all, a great experience.

I bought the holiday package for him which included VR Arena 45 min, 5D Cinema ,VR Sphere and a drink included in a very reasonably priced package. He had a blast! Really loved the whole experience and the staff were all lovely. The coffee is great too which is a bonus if you're waiting around.

Arrived and my 2 kids +1 were set up on a system each. After a very fast but barely comprendable briefing they were left to go for it. First off they had sound issues where the intercom wouldn't work between them. That was eventually sorted but then we suffered a "steam cloud error"..... That required a system restart for everyone and seemed to sort out that problem. 10-15 mins was added to their clocks to make up for the downtime. We were also offered a free drink each. After that things ran smoothly and it was nice to see their smiles when they finally got off their platforms. They are of course keen to return! All staff were polite and attended promptly for our issues. The place was clean and well set up. All kits were sanitised before and after use. We hope to attend again soon and hopefully not have to endure the same tech dramas & have a trouble free visit.

We have just had my 12 year old sons party here and our experience here was so superb, I had to share it. Booking was simple on line, we got a call back immediately from staff. We felt very welcome on arrival. Our party hosts were brilliant, great with the kids, friendly and helpful. The whole experience was so easy and non-stressful, we didn’t have to do a thing but sit back and enjoy! We ordered pizzas to be delivered to the party and the team took care of bringing these up to us. A big thank you to Ollie, our party host, who is an absolute credit to the company, kept us informed of the activities schedule and timings and was not fazed at all by some very hyper 12 year olds!

I recently organised a team event in this place and took my team of 12 people. Each one of us really enjoyed the experience. It felt like the time went by very quickly. The best part is you book a two hour session and you get unlimited access to whichever game you want to play there. We all thought that the experience was worth the penny. Cherry on top is these guys can also order buffet for you from the restaurant next door. Over all, a great place to go to for parties or team building activities!!!

The tech on offer is amazing we went in the 4D cinema, the pods and then the main event the VR booths 🤩 watching was almost as much fun as playing the kids were so funny. With an extensive games library there was so much to choose from. 3 hours soon went and we are going back asap. Totally recommend for the whole family 👍🏽

My son absolutely loves this place . Loads to do Reasonable prices Went on the 5d cinema for first time ,was thrown around like a rag doll which was not good for me as I have a really bad back and didn't expect it to be so violent. A warning would have been appreciated. Other than that ,always enjoy coming here . Staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Gareth couldnt have been more helpful. Hes a credit to this place as are all of the staff we've dealt with so far . Highly recommended just beware of the 5D cinema if you have health problems like me

I’ve never done VR before so this seemed like a really interesting concept. I booked two arenas for an hour as a gift for my friends and honestly it was an hour well spent! Really really fun to do but also absolutely hilarious to watch your friends while they do it. I’d like to go back and try the other activities at some point too.

This place is awesome I highly recommended to anybody from adults to children. The 5D cinema experience is amazing, plus the virtual reality gaming was also awesome it felt so real. The best bit was the virtual reality experience from sitting down or standing up, roller coasters to trampolining it feels so real and it's an experience you'll never forget. Highly recommended a great day out or a great evening out for anyone.

I took my 18 yr old autistic son as a birthday treat. Unfortunately the main VR arenas had been booked out , so if you are going on a weekend make sure you book ahead. He still had an amazing time. The member of staff that greeted us was a guy called Jake or jacob, he was brilliant, he spoke to my son on his level, talked him through the options and made recommendations in a way Teancum could understand. Got him all set to go on the spheres and the cinema. Jake is a credit to the place. The venue it's self is very relaxed, very spacious and clean. Really nice. Will for sure be going back.

Very good variety of activities and friendly staff - very helpful and quick to sort out any issues. Only reason for 3* is we did PC gaming for an hour but probably only got half an hour gametime as lots of waiting around for loading times/servers. Maybe the hour should only be for time spent actually playing?

Small venue with open pods to play vr in, with a chair and screen so you can sit and watch what they are playing. There are small circular seats which you can also watch vr in which moves and blows air. £8 a go. The 5d cinema was good, just 4 seats so I imagine quite a wait if it's busy but the films only lasted a max of 5 minutes. We selected 2 child friendly films. There was lots to choose from and scary ones too!! Unfortunately the 2 children who had 30 minutes of VR play didn't fancy the film as they both felt quite queasy Drinks were available to buy at a bar.

Interesting gaming idea, attended a children's party here and everybody was enjoying the different gaming rigs. Apart from the VR gaming, there's VR cinema (moving seat pods), another cinema experience, air hockey, a number of 32" screen PS4's with Fortnight and Minecraft. They also have a bunch of hard core fanning PC's.

I think is only one VR gaming place near London. 5 stars for bringing innovations to UK. 3 times been there, just because is more than one hour drive from us. Best way is to book VR expierence for 10 pp or VR arena more than 1 hour time.

Stumbled across this place by accident. Which was a suprised treat if you got kids . Recommend 5d cinema. Lots of selection of vr games and group play linked pcs with fortnite on.. Makes a good kids party venue. Tekken 6 arcade on freeplay :)

Can be pricy but great entertainment if you love VR and tech. I could play Beat Saber all day long lol...after going on the sphere, 5d cinema etc you might feel a bit queasy (and have a lighter wallet). They have fans in place now which helps but is still a little hot.

Visited new VertigoVR centre in Milton Keynes after spending a day on the Snozone ski slope at Xscape. Wanted to have a quick look ended up spending nearly three hours riding 5D motion pods (or whatever those white things called) and shooting orcs and killing killing in the VR arena. Will deffo go back again!
