When I first visited Claire I was in so much pain I nearly didn’t make the 25 minute car journey. I thought I was going to have to turn around and go home. I’m so glad I made it to Back to Balance, and to Claire. She is extremely knowledgable. She is patient. She listens to what you have to say and tailors her treatment accordingly. Claire has helped me with a VERY messed up back. Disk issues. Sciatic nerve damage. I had even lost the feeling in my foot. Now, after treatment from Claire, I am pain free. I have regained feeling in my foot, and movement in my back. She is a miracle worker. I can not recommend her highly enough.

I have just had the best reflexology and massage session with Nicky I have ever had, (I have had several with other's over the years). She gave detailed insight into my health problems and then good advice on what to do to remedy my problems. The new premises look wonderful and are ideal for these kind of therapies, with views over the Tyne and a peaceful location. I have no problem recommending them, and will be returning again.
