First visit today and I am so pleased and impressed with what i found , total relaxation and a very relaxing walk , you will find a lot of fallen trees and most have been left where they fell but made safe and will make homes for plenty of insects i am sure

Very nice place to explore nature and see wildlife (especially birds!). The facilities, such as bird hides and boardwalks, are well-maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

You can sign up to be a member via the website in just a few minutes, great couple of hours exploring and very peaceful in the hide spots watching the wildlife, pay attention to the map when you first go in and you can't go wrong. Lovely new addition to the entrance, walk ways remain undamaged despite the storms too

A nice little reserve with wildlife aplenty. I've chums who have seen Otters, Kingies, Deer and I've seen all sorts of dikkie birds, Reed Buntings, herons, geese and such this week!

It was absolutly fabulous, quiet, peaceful only the birds chipering away. No dogs, I love dogs, but not to hear any shouting is priceless. No bikes either, just a nice long walk, agmonst the tree. You can spend some times in a hide enjoying, the wild life on a lake. Althought, I didn't see a lot of wild life, I heard it. It is really nice, & restfull to be able to get away, if only for a few hours, from it all.

Well you can’t get much better than this can you. I took my darling dog Ronald for a walk around the nature reserve and boy did he love it! He loved it! His little smile all the way around brought a tear to my eye. We walked for hours and hours. What an amazing location we most certainly will be back next year

We took the grandchdren to the nature reserve, they received interesting leaflets on how to identify butterflies and ladybirds. They filled in their complimentary notebooks with what they had seen. The highlight of the visit was the bird hide and seeing a kingfisher. A great place for nature lovers, we will be going back very soon

One of my favourite places to visit for wildlife. It's full of amazing creatures and has on sight access to hides and toilets. Everything you need to photograph critters!
