Louis is so lovely and so professional. He fitted a new shower screen for us and it was not the most straightforward because of the bizarre way the thing was put together, but Louis was so patient and efficient and lovely to have around. Louis is a very considerate and informative tradesman - a rare breed I think. He was very patient with all my questions and did his best to explain the system to me especially when we had further issues with leaks in our pipes that were originally installed and he went above and beyond to try and fix the problem at minimal cost. It is quite messy work putting in a new boiler and radiators, so be prepared for dust etc but Louis did a good job of tidying up at the end of each day. I would thoroughly recommend him and he is very cost efficient.

We were recommended LA heating by a friend and we are so pleased as we are so happy with the work. We had a shower installed above our bath, a bath screen installed, the bathroom tiled and two towel radiators installed. Louis is really pleasant and reliable. He is easy to get a hold of and provided a quote in a timely fashion. He had good availability and completed the work quickly. The bathroom was cleaned after the work was completed and it was no problem having LA heating in the house. The work itself is a really high standard and we are so pleased! I would recommend LA heating for any tiling or plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.

Great work from Louis sorting a radiator another plumber had started. If you're looking for a reliable guy who knows his stuff look no further. Quick replies to messages, flexible in terms of an appointment, turned up when he said he would, completed the job to a high standard and made sure his work area was tidy before leaving. I've used Louis several times now to reposition a radiator, reconfigure pipework, replumb and install new boiler and fix a toilet leak. I called LA Heating when I needed a leaking outdoor soil pipe fixed. Louis came the next day and sorted it out within a couple of hours. He's since been back to fix my boiler, which was constantly losing pressure, and disconnect a sink and gas hob. He's been in touch since he finished the job to make sure everything's working OK, which you don't get from a lot of people! His prices are very reasonable and he's efficient, thorough, prompt, reliable, and friendly. Couldn't be happier.

Louis did a really good job in our bathroom revamp. The free standing bath came with a few complications due to a very old house which Louis managed to sort out. We are very happy with the final look including the Tiling of our log burner. Louis even came to our rescue and helped get our bath and tiles into the house due to “kerbside” delivery. Luckily he was only around the corner.. thanks Louis :)

Excellent service, Louis is friendly, flexible and reliable, we would strongly recommend using LA Heating. We had an issue with our boiler system and Louis went over and beyond to find out exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it.
