M. B.We have used Metropolitan House as our virtual office for nearly 9 years and it has proved ideal with what we need, and at a very competitive monthly fee.
We wished to retain a Tyneside phone number and all calls are seamlessly transferred without issue.
The location, just off the A1, is ideal and convenient for calling in to collect our post and the large car park is a great benefit. On occasion, we have needed to hire meeting rooms and these have always been available, at a very competitive rate.

B.We decided to look for alternative premises April 2020 & knew of “Metropolitan House” shared office space, from contacting Shauna the Business Centre Manager we knew it was the choice for us, very friendly, informative & professional, the building is very well looked after, the move was exceptionally smooth something I wasn’t quite looking forward too however we should of done it years ago. There is loads of parking available and the building is very secure & always clean more so with Covid, Shauna and Peter are very approachable and any problem is resolved promptly.

N.North East Counselling Services love providing our counselling services at Metropolitan House. The parking is great, Dan and Shauna are really cheerful and helpful and the centre is always clean and tidy.
We've been here since June 2019 and the clients who come for counselling with us always compliment us on the nice reception area and helpful staff.
