Small but mighty!. Quite a nice small sized spa with nearly all the facilities.. Includes a 10 meter pool, jacuzzi, steam room all in a relaxing environment. It has a small but modern gym room fitted with the latest techno gym machines and excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's inside Crown plaza hotel so upstairs you get access to modern restaurant and bar with 15% discount for members of the spa. Also benefits from complimentary car park to members. I haven't tried the massages yet however members get 20% discount on all treatments which is excellent in comparison to other spas in Newcastle. In general as of yet it's an excellent spa in the toon with good facilities. Hope it stays like that.

I've never used another gym so can't compare. It's small though (the gym). Jacuzzi is lush. Pool is nice for relaxing. Too small to swim properly in though. There's a steam room and massage rooms too

Loved my dreamy legs treatment by Suzzie, lovely staff nice setting. Missed a sauna and maybe could do with a few more loungers around the pool. Over all a lovely little spa xx

Small but very nicely equipped and clean gym, spa and pool. It is staffed with very helpful team who always go the extra mile. Free parking, lockers that do not cost money (takes refundable £1), fresh towels, nice shower gel / shampoo, discounts at the hotel bar and for treatments are a few perks you get at this hidden gem in Crowne Plaza.

Nice, food lovely. Massages were very good but didn't feel there was enough to the spa. Felt too small for amount of people there. Not enough seats/loungers.

Will body massage was great. The pool is a little small, more than one or two people in it makes it busy, but it does the job. Gym is simple but again does the job.

I've been here twice for spa days and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is great and the treatments were very relaxing. The package also included food and a drink in the gym bar which was lovely.
