Wow! I was absolutely blown away by the service provided to me by Dave and the team at Northumbria cars. From my initial enquiry, to the personalised video sent, the way my questions were answered, to keeping me updated on the preparation of the car and to even opening on a Sunday just so I can pick up the car, the service was absolutely first class. I've bought cars from main dealers in the past and from some very good independent dealerships but this was by far the best experience. Dave really went out of his ways to answer my questions and to reassure me on the quality of their inspection. I'm really enjoying the Mazda 6 I bought and although I had to travel a long way up from Kent I know that I got the best deal, a quality car and great customer service to match. After looking at a few places beforehand i decided to make a visit and see what cars they had. I was approached by dave who asked me what i had in mind. He wasn't pushy and let me make my own mind up but at the same time kept me very informed about each car. Once i had one in mind i was able to test drive it aswell as my girlfriend. It never felt like i had to make a decision at any point and i felt as though dave had a lot of confidence in the business so that the car would sell itself. The cars are very well maintained. You can see alot goes into making your used car feel like a brand new one. During the checks on the car it was found that there was a issue with the clutch. They just went ahead and fixed it no questions asked before i was given the car. This fills me with confidence because they could have easily not bothered to do anything and i learnt the hard way 6 months later. The whole buying experience was smooth and enjoyable. Fabulous service from the team. Car battery died 24 hours after picking up car (no. Fault of the garage) they arranged for recovery van within 20 mins. Contacted northumbria cars about a new car and David was a pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales man just a honest guy who kept me informed all the way got the car delivered 130 miles away and got a nice free hamper aswell. Definitely recommend you go here plenty of stock to choose from I know in these difficult times buying a car that you haven't test drove etc is maybe off putting but these guys send you videos etc. The delivery fella was polite and a fantastic aswell.

I applied for finance not thinking I'd be accepted due to having a small credit file and only being 19/ nearly 20. I got accepted in hours and from being accepted to the end the customer service was excellent, brilliant team working together to create positivity. Stress free, hassle free. Straight forward. New tyres, breaks, discs ect They went the extra mile today to ensure I got my car on the day I needed it, even stayed open after closing hrs untill I got there as my train was delayed. The car was even cleaned to a professional standard. Lifetime free mot check, 6 months warranty, 12 months breakdown what more can you ask. Oh and also no deposit!!! Brilliant couldn't be happier. I'll agree everyone would have something to winge about so here is my part. The engine bay wasn't clean. However that dosent even matter as the standard of the rest of the car and the teams respect makes up for it all. Cheers ill definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks for the handover gift too!
