I’ve been seeing Sian now on and off for three years, she has always been amazing! The past few months I’ve had terrible anxiety, Sian always makes you feel so normal and that you’re not going insane! I haven’t been on holiday in 4 years due to anxiety but I have just been to Paris and now I’m off to New York in a few weeks which I wouldn’t of been able to do without her help.

I went to se Sian for my severe fear of flying. It was so bad that I would get to the airport with my family and not be able to get on the plane leaving them to go on holiday without me. I reached out to Peaceful Minds for help. Sian was amazing, she took a very practical approach and broke down the fear and what was happening to me when I thought about flying. My thought processes have now shifted and I don't feel the fear. I have also used some of the same processes that were taught in other areas of my life to great benefit. Sian is a wonderful, warm character who has helped me get through the toughest time in my life. I was always looking forward to our sessions and what I can take away to work with from them. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, not wanting to sound too dramatic, but she has changed my life! I developed a phobia of driving on major roads over a number of years which was impacting my life so much, I turned to hypnotherapy almost as a last resort. From the very first contact, Sian gave me hope. She is very professional, yet lovely and friendly, and my goodness, she knows her stuff! She went to great lengths to understand what was happening, and to explain to me how my brain was creating the phobia. The amazing part is that I was able to drive on a road I hadn't been near for at least 2 years after my second session, and I am now driving all over the place, it is so liberating! I can not recommend Sian enough, I don’t know where I’d be if I hadn’t found Peaceful Minds.
Sian makes you feel totally at ease and relaxed in a safe environment as well as being non judgmental.
I contacted Sian after what I thought was anxiety over driving but after seeing Sian discovered I had developed a phobia with irrational thoughts, through my sessions using mindfulness, hypnosis and CBT I have been able to overcome this.
