I rang this company in the hope of changing my car. I managed to get finance for a lovely motor. However due to the amount of negative equity in my current car and no spare funding it would not have been worth while to try and lower my payments. I would just like to thank Laura for her honesty and thinking about the financial position this would have left me in if I had gone ahead. It’s nice to see there is some honest people in the car trading world that are thinking of the implications and not just about money. Will be back to them in a few months as nothing was any trouble Laura your a credit to the company.😀😀

This is a 5 star review as the after sales has been amazing from Ramiz, I had a small issue that was professionally handled with the customer service being executed to the highest level. In the window of the showroom there is an Autotrader sign saying customer service 2020 which I completely agree with. 10/10

Thank u so much too the team especially Laura and Gareth, Nothing was ever a problem,. I didn't think I would be able to get a car especially when I needed a car ASAP due too mine running badly I went in on the Monday and things were touch and go and I was ready to give up. I was gutted then Laura found a finance company right for me every thing went through and I picked my car up on the Friday same week.
