Came here originally for sports massage with Sam. She was amazing, I’ve had a fair few sports massages in my time and I can hands down say she gave me the best sports massage I have ever had! I will defo be using Sam again in the future. I then came back the next day for a chiropractic appointment with Gareth. Now I’ve been visiting a chiropractors for over 6 years now back where I lived before so have been commuting a hour there and an hour back purely because I’m so used to him and couldn’t see myself trying another chiropractors. So recently I hurt my back in the gym and I thought it was about time I tried a more local one. Need I say it was the best decision I ever made, Gareth was brilliant, very knowledgeable, really knows his stuff, this filled me with lots of confidence in him and need I say the results speak for themselves, he fixed me up all in the matter of one appointment. Thank you Gareth! This will now be the place I come for all my treatments from now on. All very reasonably and fairly priced. Receptionists are all very polite, friendly and can’t do enough to help! I’d give 10 stars if it was an option!

I found this place having been to my regular Physio with an acute and very painful back - Physio usually does the trick but I was four weeks post damage and it was still very painful. The reception team were lovely and super helpful - I got an appointment with Peter Wood the next day . He was AMAZING ! - two weeks later and I’m fixed ! Really profressional, thorough assessment with a combination of soft tissue release , acupuncture and manipulation . Very very impressed - and wouldn’t go anywhere else now .

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Staff are very friendly. You are made to feel very welcome. Easy to find and a large private car park means you'll not have issues (even though it's in the heart of Newport). Public transit links are also superb.

I have never been to to a chiropractor before and let me say, I was truly impressed. The clinic itself is both cosy and professional at the same time. Everything is always clean and tidy. The lady at the reception is welcoming and friendly! With regards to the treatment, I never felt uncomfortable or not looked after I any of my sessions so far. I can always ask questions and my chiropractor always answers, she is very knowledgeable and I feel like I am in very good hands! Back issues - what back issue! A rugby injury to my back was thoroughly examined and treated and was sent for an x-ray at a local hospital as well just to make sure there were no breaks. Rehabilitation went exceptionally well and was able to get back playing within a short time thanks to the care the staff had and the treatments they administered.

Really good practice. Helpful staff and a very personal care approach to healing. I do Chiro all over the world and they are among the few practices that spend enough time on soft tissue work before doing your adjustment. My body responds better to this approach to Chiro.
