Paul was recommended by a friend as well as seeing his name pop up in numerous facebook posts asking for local plumbers so I gave him a call for a boiler service - he replied promptly, explained he is super busy but managed to fit me in with very little wait (the fact that he is busy speaks volumes & he's well deserving of every 5* review on here!!) I couldn't fault him, polite, very competitively priced and a professional service.

I run an Airbnb and I had guests due in the next day and there was no hot water or heating so I was a bit stressed! Rang Paul he came out within hours assessed the problem and ordered the part. Living on the Isle of Wight it had to be shipped over but Paul picked it up at 8am the next morning and was at mine by 9. Within an hour my boiler was up and running and I now have happy guests!! Paul was extremely professional really knew his stuff, very polite and very tidy. He’s definitely my new plumber!!! Thanks Paul!!!

I contacted Paul regarding a fault with our boiler, he responded really quickly, attended when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. Paul gave us a choice of repair or replace and also a choice of prices for different boilers. We decided to fit a new boiler and Paul had it ordered and fitted within 2 days.
