I can't thank Paul enough for the awesome work he carried out at our property which is a Victorian house divided into three flats. He came initially to fit water pressure valves and a shock arrester as we've had an ongoing issue with high water pressure. We've also had a problem with noisy ticking pipes and really disturbing loud fog horn noises when the water in the top flat is used. I've lost count of the amount of times plumbers and Southern water have been called out to address this problem as it's been ongoing for at least 18 months and none of those visits have provided a solution - that is until we met Paul. What was booked as a two hour job turned into 6 hours as he tried everything to resolve the issue. He was finally successful and at last we have a quiet house. I can't thank him enough for the time, patience and determination he showed to get this sorted out for us, especially as he could have just walked away as have so many other plumbers before him. Paul provides an awesome service for his customers and if there was a plumber of the year award I'd give it to him right now :-) Thanks again Paul ...

I run an Airbnb and I had guests due in the next day and there was no hot water or heating so I was a bit stressed! Rang Paul he came out within hours assessed the problem and ordered the part. Living on the Isle of Wight it had to be shipped over but Paul picked it up at 8am the next morning and was at mine by 9. Within an hour my boiler was up and running and I now have happy guests!! Paul was extremely professional really knew his stuff, very polite and very tidy. He’s definitely my new plumber!!! Thanks Paul!!!

I contacted Paul regarding a fault with our boiler, he responded really quickly, attended when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. Paul gave us a choice of repair or replace and also a choice of prices for different boilers. We decided to fit a new boiler and Paul had it ordered and fitted within 2 days.
