V. B.I suffer from lower back pain, and a friend recommeded this Chiropractic Clinic. First visit, Dr Nav Khuttan discussed with me my symptoms and assesed not just the lower back where I suffered with pain, but upper back and sciatica nerves as he explained the issue could be there. Dr Khuttan explained the reason for the pain was due to muscle tightness, and this was causing muscles to spasm. At this point I would be off work sick. I was recommended some excercises that will help ease the tightness. In addition to the excercises, I go for regular sessions which has kept me moving freely, and havent had any severe back muscle spasms for over 2 years.

A winged scapula, muscle spasms, unalignment in the upper back caused real pain and made playing golf and other activites really difficult.

There have even been occassions where i've suffered a slight pain through sporting activity/gym/just general moving around whereby i've felt completely immobile in my upper back and had to call Burton Latimer, Nav has been great over the phone to understand and offer stretching advice to ease the area's of pain and bring relief from pain.
