Definitely recommend this company! My Nan had been left without heating or hot water for a few days as her boiler wasn't working - as soon as I rang Hunsbury Heating they managed to make some time to have a look at it the same day and fixed it there and then. So pleased and will definitely use again, thank you!

Called and booked an appointment within 3 days. Issue was identified as the controller was turning radiators on at same time as water heating. A new part sourced within an hour and fitted. I have used this company for a few years now. They are very helpful and responsive and usually deal with any issues quickly. I have used them for big jobs (such as boiler replacement) and small tasks that needed undertaking. I have also used them for yearly landlord gas safety inspection reports. Karl came to install three new radiators and a magnaclean professional 2 to my combi boiler. After taking Karl's advice on the size and output of the radiators needed he came up with a very competitive quote. The work was carried out professionally by himself and his team to an incredibly high standard. Very pleased with the work and I even had my system dosed with inhibitor! Our boiler recently stopped working in a very cold snap of weather and after calling a few local Companies, Hunsbury Heating were the only ones to respond and arrange to come round and diagnose the problem, which they did quickly on the same day confirming that the boiler needed to be replaced due to the heat exchanger cracking. Arranging for them to come back to swap the boiler for a new one was easy and the communications were great, by phone and email. The team turned up on time when they said they would, got the new boiler and system filter installed within the day and tidied up after themselves, leaving no mess whatsoever. They constantly kept me up to date with what they were doing throughout the day and I couldn't be more happy with the work that has been done - a very warm and happy family! Will be using Karl and his team for future servicing and plumbing/gas work from now on and would suggest giving them a call if you need any work doing. 5 star service.
