Nice interior design, and I adore how Nationwide have kept the exterior looking natural.
When I've needed to do anything with my banking, there has not been a fault. The staff have been very helpful and when I was waiting in a queue, one of the members of staff came to see if they could assist me, instead of continuing to wait in the queue.

Sad to hear that this branch will close and be replaced with a small shop unit in Abington Street.
Staff at the Drapery have always been helpful and friendly. I hope that this continues but the move to cost savings by Head Office 'Bean Counters' does not impress me.
As someone who is fortunate enough to be in credit and retired I wonder if whilst investing my money overnight the management are also looking at how to reduce their cost to the business? Perhaps they are moving to smaller houses and reducing their bonuses - mostly gained from cost cutting rather than customer value enhancement.
I wish the Drapery staff all the best for the future.
