I am very pleased with both the high standard of work Nik has completed for us, and his dedicated approach to doing the best possible job. Nik sets himself a very high standard in every respect. Safety is of paramount importance and his knowledge and expertise are impressive. A service was carried out on our combi boiler and Nik took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I certainly learnt a lot and this will help to save us money! We won't hesitate to have him again and will definitely be recommending RiGas!

Excellent service - Nik was on time and very knowledgable about the requirements. He carried out the works with careful attention, efficiency and good humour (He needed lots of that given the type and location of the boiler we have!!). Cannot recommend enough. He was punctual, polite, informative and replied to our messages straight away. He explained everything and even asked us to watch. Which is always a good sign. Will be booking again next year.

Great service and very prompt response. I had a boiler and cylinder service and Nik did he's job very well as he explained me everything and kept me updated all the time. Because sometimes I felt some gas smell from the hob I asked Nik if he can check if I have some gas leaking. He checked inside and outside where is the gas meter and he found something wrong and sort it out free of charge. I don't have enough words to thank you to Nik for that. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wants to have a high top quality service from A to Z. Thank you very much Nik for everything 😊

Excellent advice and service from Nik. He went the extra mile to make sure our family had heat and hot water. New boiler installed and new pipework added. Can highly recommend Nik he came and worked 12 hour days to finish the job. Will only be using Nik from now on.
