Dr Jonathan is great! I’ve seen a massive improvement in my posture and back pain in only a few months. It takes patience to get there but well worth it. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with back/neck pain or headaches as that it what it has helped me with.

I am 33 and generally healthy and fit. I went to this chiropractor after having a terrible back and neck pain that came out of nowhere (I say nowhere but probably due to bad posture or gym exercises), and within two sessions my pain was fixed. This is great! However, The first thing I did not enjoy that much was the session was done in a rush, and the practitioner was late about 20 minutes. For the price paid, I think the session shouldn't be rushed and an effort should be made to be on time for the clients. Then the other thing I did not enjoy was the fact that I was prescribed a 8-12 week programme with two sessions per week (each session £40) and I felt this was a bit pushy sales. Also, at my age and with the mild problems that he noticed (like some minor misalignments, which everybody has) I don't think I need that treatment. It wasn't justified. After I told left my second session feeling great, they kept on calling me on a non identified number asking me to come back to do the rest of the treatment. Didn't like this. But thanks for fixing my back!

I'm not going to write about my own health and treatment as everyone is different, I'm only reviewing the clinic itself. This is a wonderful place to attend! It is clean, the staff are wonderful and I have never been kept waiting :) If you do come early and need to wait, there is always a lovely chat with Karley on reception! They know everyone that comes personally and it's lovely when they remember something you told them before, here you are a person, not a number. I've never felt so welcomed and cared about in a clinic before. Dr Jonathan is very knowledgeable and listens to all your concerns and tries different things if needed. They have a large treatment room upstairs and when I was feeling really bad and could not do the stairs, he was more than happy to see me in the Upstairs room (I'm normally adjusted downstairs), I was ever so grateful for this. It was lovely to feel important. If you are looking to try Chiropractic care, I highly recommend this place!

I've suffered with postural problems for over 15 years (I'm only 28 at the time of writing this). Over the past 7 weeks with Johnathan I've made more progress in understanding and tackling these issues than ever before. Johnathan really knows his stuff. I left the initial assessment feeling like for the first time ever somebody REALLY saw and understood my condition. After having my first progress review 1 week ago I can see and feel that my range of movement has improved in many ways already. So far I've made no effort myself outside of the sessions to work on my postural habits so it's very obvious to me that the improved movement has been a direct result of our sessions. I've just been given a range of exercises to start working on though so I'm expecting even greater results in the weeks to come. Johnathan also recommended me an excellent book which was very relevant to me at the time and has already greatly improved my life in other areas. I'd been struggling with back and shoulder pain for a long time and none of the typical routes were providing any relief. It got to a point where i couldn't sleep and struggled with my job, but having anxiety I'd always put off trying anything like chiropractic. Always lovely service at the desk. And Dr Jonathon has helped relive discomfort that I have in my back especially my neck and shoulders. My progress will be seen on a more long term basis in general terms, but I have definitely noticed in the short period of time I’ve been coming here some relief. As a tattooist I struggle to maintain good healthy posture. My brother who also sees Jonathan recommended that I saw him. I was in a great deal of back pain when I first come to see Dr. Jonathan. I have had a lot of back problems in the past. This has now been corrected less than a year later. I also suffer from arthritis in my right foot and knee. Although I still have some pain, it is greatly reduced. I have followed advice and no need anymore for any pain killers or time off work. As a follow up, I went to see Jonathan as a last resort after having a constant headache for 35 days, and having eye tests, and being given meds and eye strain exercises by the doctor. I,ve had back problems from an injury from 40 years ago, and when it plays up I usually visit an osteopath . I aggravated it very badly last summer and was virtually crippled, even purchased some crutches as I couldn’t walk without them. I visited my usual osteopath many times without more than some relief for a day, I tried a highly recommended physiotherapist a few times, two more recommended osteopaths and an acupuncturist with no real improvement. I also saw my doctor who put me on Naproxen tablets, Amitriptyline tablets and got hold of some Lidocaine patches. Even with all these I was in extreme pain, hardly able to stand, whimpering and crying out in pain from my lower back with a whole mixture of numbness, tingles, aches and pains in my right foot and down my right leg. I was finally referred to Norwich hospital for an MIR scan with a view to a possible back operation pending scan results. As a last ditched effort my wife searched the internet and found Dr Johnathan and sent me off a week ago. I noticed a roughly 10% improvement after each of my first 3 visits, hard to be precise as I was still using the pain medication but after my 4 th visit there was a massive improvement, I was able to stop taking the Ameitriptyline tablets and reduce the Naproxen’s from 3 a day to just one first thing in the morning and today I haven’t needed any Lidocaine patches. ALL the sensations in my leg and foot are now gone and my lower back is almost there, just a mild ache / sore spot that sometimes goes altogether. Just had my 5 th adjustment, and am hoping that tomorrow morning I will not need anymore pain killers etc. So after about 8 months of extreme disabling pain I,ve almost been cured in just 10 days/5 visits, obviously I shall continue my visits which I believe now become gradually more spaced out. What more can I say..? Well beware !! Don’t tell your wife your backs virtually cured if you visit Johnathan as I’ve just been given 8 months backlog of chores to do around the house.

I came here after moving to Norwich from Brighton and this was practice was recommended by the Chiropractor there. I have been going four and half years now and Johnathan has done a great job of keeping my back in check. It has been in the best condition in years. First time I visited Dr Jonathan Wilson about a year ago, when I was 9 months pregnant with my second child. My back was a total “grid lock”. It was painful and very uncomfortable. I had been suffering with severe back pain from Sciatica caused by a prolapsed disc for a around 4 months and the NHS where slow to react and frankly next to useless. I couldn't sit or lay down without significant pain, meaning at best I was sleeping 3 hours a night. My wife suggested I see a Chiropractor and a friend of hers had recommended Inspired Chiropratic. I had low expectations as had never visited or considered a chiropractor before, but I am happy to say it was the best thing I ever did! From the first phone call you are put at ease by an understanding, helpful team. When you walk in, everyone is very friendly and courteous, always happy to have a chat and put you at ease. Perhaps more importantly this environment/ethos is consistent on every visit. I had the initial assessment with Jonathan and then followed up with weekly sessions. My back pain improved with every visit, quickly allowing me to get a good nights sleep. Then with a mix of sessions and following Jonathan's advice, I am completely pain free and able to live my live as normal with no mobility or pain problems. It is not a cure, I still have a prolapsed disc but now able live a very active and normal life pain free! I cannot stress enough how visiting Inspired completely changed my life! I first went to Doctor Jonathan after I had a recurring issue with a back problem causing my left leg to go lame. The initial assessment was the most thorough I had ever had, from any Chiropractor, it quickly identified the areas that were causing the problems and explained to me with the aid of a clear and well presented report. The initial 4 week period of treatment resolved the problem with my left leg and I was able to walk without a limp. Once the blockages had been removed I found that the treatment in the next 4 to 8 weeks started to repair the damage and strengthen the area that had felt very weak. Overall the treatment that I have received over the past 2 years has not only been restricted to manipulations as he also provides guidance on general wellness, supported by regular presentations on managing health issues. The combination of treatment, education and support have resulted in no further recurrence of the original issues and improvements in mobility and energy levels as well as a reduction in the pain levels; all without the use of any type of prescription medication. So impressed with the treatment and aftercare from Doctor Jonathan I have recommended him to others and would not hesitate to do so again.

I started going to Inspired a few months ago on the recommendation of a friend. I knew very little about how chiropractic works, but I had tried other options and was in enough pain to give it a go. I've had a lower back, pelvis & hip problem for over a year, probably partly related to an underlying long-term condition, and with the combination I'd got to the point where I felt close to having to go off sick from work. The improvements I've experienced have been gradual, but striking: I actually noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels before I noticed the pain lessening, though I have gone from taking two painkillers a day to generally taking none now. If you've never had chiropractic, it is costly, but all I can say is I haven't been doing anything else differently over the past few months and, aside from the odd lapse, I am generally in much less pain than I was, so I feel it's definitely worthwhile.

I have had Chiropractic treatment since 1990, when living near Diss in Norfolk, when I moved to Norwich in 2016 I looked for another practice. Luckily I chose Inspired Chiropractic where, with weekly adjustments, my back and neck are loosened up to ease the tightness. I have Osteoarthritis and also Cervical Spondylosis, which causes my head to drop down forwards, which is uncomfortable and effects my breathing and posture. A few months ago I had Sciatica, down my left side, and with one treatment it was eased and hasn't returned. There is no need to strip down to a gown, as with my former practice, because with modern ways, to achieve pain relief, it is not always necessary. Thank you, Jonathan and receptionists, so much for your time and care which means that I walk taller when I leave after my treatment.

My GP’s answer to my damaged shoulder, due to a fall, was pain killers and a monthly sick note obtained by phone. No inspection of the damaged shoulder at all. I did this for 2 months with no improvement at all. Seeing Jonathan made me realise how bent out of shape I was, even before my fall. I brought with me, an at least 9 year history of badly degenerative knee damage, and lower lumber restrictions. I can honestly say that Jonathan's regular adjustments delayed the inevitable right knee replacement surgery by 3 years and that of my left knee by a further 2 years. The regular adjustments continue to help supplement my knee surgery and lower back issues to aid my recovery and help my body to adjust to walking normally, now, foer ther first time in many years, without a pronounced limp.
