A. S.All I can begin with is WOW! WOW! And, er, WOW! Mightily impressive service.
Due to circumstances well beyond my control, I needed my Vaillant EcoTEC Pro boiler serviced as soon as possible for a house sale (the house sale depended on it). It took Paul exactly 1 hour and 58 minutes to respond, even though he is exceptionally busy with a greater than two week appointment wait time at present. When I say 1 hour 58, that was the time taken for him to finish his previous job and be in my loft, servicing my boiler, from the time I made the initial, panicky phone call. Even my conveyancing solicitor was impressed and she doesn't even know him! Fortunately, he is younger than me which means I'll keep asking Paul at PDF Heating Services to 'do' all my heating needs until I shuffle from this mortal coil.
I should point out, I only found PDF Heating through a mutual friend last year so he's not my brother / father / cousin / uncle or any other relative, he's just an out and out great guy doing an amazing job!
All small business owners could benefit from watching the way Paul runs himself as a business. Someone that will actually put himself out...

D. M.PDF Heating promptly came to check my rather ancient heating system and carried out the work almost immediately. They also discovered a gas leak and rectified that without delay. The whole job took a little longer than was first envisaged but they were professional and explained everything as they went along. Their work was clean and as a retired electrical engineer I could see that it was of a good standard. I would recommend and will continue to use them to service my boiler, annually from now on.
