I’ve been experiencing pain in my shoulder for well over a year. The physio exercises from the Dr just didn’t help at all. I’ve now had two treatments 4 weeks apart with Phil and it’s noticeably better already. Less pain than usual and I’m able to sleep better and more comfortably at night. Phil has also provided me with much more in depth exercises to do at home to help strengthen my shoulder. Highly recommend!

I am so so lucky to of finally found an Osteopath who genuinely cares! Long story short I've been a client with 2 other local practices and haven't really felt confident or comfortable i was being helped the way my back needed to be helped and I was getting worse, I suffer with a prolapsed disc and I was desperately trying to find someone who could actually help me, then I found Dale and I cannot begin to tell you how incredible he has made me feel, when your in pain your desperate, and I cannot assure you enough that he has made a100% difference to my life, I still have a long way to go but already feel so much more positive and know I can trust him... 😊
