Faultless customer service. After they fitted my new shower, I noticed I had a problem with the isolation switch and the shower bar. Krystle was quick to arrange a return visit from Ross, who was more than happy to sort the matter out to my satisfaction. However, shortly after he left, I realised I had another problem with the bracket on the shower bar, so Ross came out once more to put things right. This is a company that genuinely wants to do right by its customers. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Used this company for an annual boiler check, price quote was average and reasonable (cheaper than some big companies), got the job done within 3 days after inquiry - fastest response I've experienced so far. Job was nicely done, Ross is a friendly guy who can really explain things well. Certificate was sent on by email. This is a team of young engineers who are really passionate about what they are doing so will surely recommend!

We had Will and his team install a new boiler and relocate it to our upstairs cupboard, and honestly I couldn't recommend them enough! They were quick and efficient after the initial visit, and I received a quote quickly afterwards. I really struggled to get quote from lots of Norwich companies for the work but Will was brilliant. The work was carried out within 10 days, and done to such a high standard! Lovely engineers who were friendly to be around. All in all, wonderful!

So our boiler packed up and we were stuffed, no heating, no hot water and no shower! Contacted Will, who got us quoted in a quick time and fitted us in just as quickly! Will, Louis and Calum fitted a comlete oil fired central heating system in my house. The installation had its challenges (large old floorboards sealed together with tar, etc.) but nothing was too much trouble-the workmanship and attitude to the job was exemplary, completely professional and you'd never guess that the new radiators hadn't always been there. I couldn't be more pleased with the result!
