I wouldve given them a five as service was and product is good. however on the morning of our delivery date got a call from them to say they dropped the glass so need another week to replace it. problem was we were leaving for holiday in a few days time so they had to deliver on the morning we had to leave for the airport so a bit stressful. to be fair it was a genuine accident I suppose and they made up for it thus the 4 star.
