Over the moon with my experiences at Window to Womb at the Norwich Branch. We have currently had 2 private scans and awaiting for our third one for the 4D experience. Overall, the staff were polite and calm. During one of my scans I had to report back 3 times in the appointment as my little man wouldn’t show his gender at the time, they accommodated this very professionally and even when I apologised they reassured me that it is not an issue. I felt very at ease during the appointments and they were so lovely. I can’t wait to return for my 4D scan! Thank you to all the staff for their assistance.

I booked for me and my partner to have a 4D scan on Thursday unfortunately our little man wouldn't move enough to get pictures so we rebooked for Monday and we had a total different experience fantastic sonographer and assistant, he wasn't playing ball again but they didn't give up trying to get him to move after x2 walks and sugar he finally gave in and showed us a little peak. I just want to thank the lovely 2 ladies I saw Monday who wouldn't give up on me leaving with nothing lots of giggles and felt so relaxed thanks again 🥰

Went for an early pregnancy viability scan as I was getting one sided pains and struggling to get seen by a doctor, so was quite worried about an EP. Staff at WTTW were excellent and really put me at ease. They explained everything they were doing and why, and were ready with a box of tissues when I cried with relief after seeing my baby and a strong heartbeat!! They kindly put my mind at ease and explained the reason for my pains and that it was normal etc. They saw us really quick too. Can’t fault them and can’t wait to go back for my gender scan!!

Such a great experience with everyone we spoke to, they really have a wonderful team. We chose to go with a wellbeing and gender scan. They were extremely thorough with revealing the gender for us and put our mind at ease so we could leave happy knowing baby was healthy! Thinking of booking again later down the line for a 3d/4d scan.

Really amazing experience, all the staff were so friendly. We had a gender scan and they were amazing at keeping it a secret from us until our gender reveal and provided us with the gender in an envelope for the party organiser. Sonographer and chaperone were amazing and really informative. Will definitely be coming back🥳

This was my second visit to WTTW Norwich, my first a 4D scan 5 years ago. My second a gender scan a couple of days ago. The COVID precautions are very good making the environment feel very safe and clean. My recent scan was brilliant, I had been quite nervous, but I was soon made to feel relaxed and there were no long waits to hear if baby was ok, I had great confidence in the Sonographer and her assistant, very friendly team both front of house and in clinic. My first scan was also a great experience and we gained many excellent photos of which certainly provided a fantastic resemblance to our newborn baby. I will be booking a 4D scan in about 10 weeks!

The best experience during my pregnancy yet! I was so nervous finding out the gender of our baby , and every single member of staff was so friendly, helpful and just generally lovely people! I really wish i knew the ladies names, but considering little man was not playing ball they were so helpful and patient while i was sent on a sugar rush to get him moving. I had Mum, Dad, Mother in law and my 3 year old niece with me, who were all treated so lovely at such an exciting time. I really can not thank the team enough, after a rubbish pregnancy they really did make it all worth while. Window the Womb comes highly recommended!! I will be sure to take our little man in to see the girls when he is here.
