Now known as EastWest, these stunning 1970s offices have recently started to be refurbished. The new spaces feel fresh, modern and inviting. There is a great blend coffee café in the lobby that has a range of amazing coffees!

made a harrowing situation a pleasant experience.
3 very lovely ladys having to deal with some shirty customers but they dealt with them professionaly and we had a giggle.

It's ok - the location is fine, and having Blend there is really great. The work options are about standard for hotdesking open plan offices - bland but fine. However, they still advertise as having gym and cycle options 'coming', which as far as I can tell, they do not anytime soon. I've been locking my bike at another building for over a year because they don't even have cycle racks, and there are no showers.

This is City Gate East, according to Google's description, a corporate office. And yes it is, I had a meeting with NTU Marketing here and was very pleasantly surprised that the café is called "Blend". I know that name, I thought to myself. So I started chatting to the barrista and as it turns out, this is another outlet of the Blend Café that is in Sneinton, however unfortunately here at City Gate they don't do the same gorgeous toasted sandwiches - could have done with a #brieyonce that day, I can tell you.
Anyway, I had a really nice cappuccino, expertly made by a friendly barrista, had a nice chat then a great work meeting. I stayed for another 5 minutes after the meeting just people (and traffic) watching the Maid Marrion Way roundabout. I will definitely try to have as many work meetings there as possible. :-)

Great when I eventually found the door

Went there for physiotherapy. The building is well maintained. Did find it difficult to find the entrance the first time and parking not the best so give time to find somewhere. Elevators always clean and prompt. And staff happy to help

Went for a biometrics appointment for my partner and the system they have works well. You enter the building, speak with reception, go to designated for, call a number written on the door, someone had been notified and will come out and get you for your appointment. Quick simple and easy.
Only complaint, maybe due to COVID is that I could not be with my partner during the appointment and was told to wait outside. I wasn't able to ask any questions or so what was going on and it took right 30 minutes in total.
