The level of service I get from those who run it is excellent and the facilities are equally excellent. Always kept in a really good condition and they refurbished the hall and replaced the floor with a lovely new floor not too long ago

R. P.I attend Melanie’s yoga class on Monday evenings and absolutely love it. Melanie’s style is so personable and approachable. She puts everyone at ease and is very friendly. There is no pressure, rather encouragement to make the yoga work for you. I love both the physical and the relaxation/meditation aspects of it, a perfect balance. She is personable and attentive to individual needs and knows everyone’s name. I walk away feeling amazing, having had a great physical and mind ‘workout’. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend this class!
