Been with Eazi since mid 2015. So far fairly good. There can sometimes be a bit of a delay between mail being sent and scanned, but at most it's a couple of weeks, which hasn't been critical for me. I don't get parcels sent there, so can't comment about that service. You do need to supply a lot of information when opening an account, but it's in-line with industry standards. Overall, a pretty decent service and I'm happy enough with them.

I'm a bargain hunter and trust me Eazi Solutions is the cheapest mail forwarding agent I could ever find! I run a small business so I watch every penny spent and I'm glad I choose Eazi Solutions - I have been with them over 3 years and they haven't increased prices so far. One thing I need to say is their user portal may not be as good as those big companies but I find it sufficient for me. If I really need help I can submit ticket on their contact us page and most of the time I will get a reply very quickly. Highly recommend and support small business like Eazi.
