I went for a private scan when I had my little boy with another company which was lovely but after our experience today at The original window to the womb I cannot believe the difference.
Today's visit wasn't just a scan it was a amazing. They made such a fuss of my little boy. They explained everything to us all the way through. All the staff were so lovely. We're so happy. Thank you so much!!

Lady at the front desk, was so cheerful and welcoming. Despite how nervous I was, I felt so much better as soon as I had a chat with her.
Lady who was assisting the sonographer was amazing went through everything step by step as the sonographer was doing her work. Again made me feel so chilled and welcome.

The lady who did my scan, had issues with my baby lying strange etc and i thought she got a bit frustrated with me even though i did everything that was asked with water etc. my “potty shot” for my gender scan i’ve been told wasn’t the best so hoping it is what they have said😫so feel abit on edge until my 20 week scan.
C. I.We had a lovely time during my twin’s gender scan. The lady explaining about everything on the screen was so good so as the sonographer.
E. N.I’m not usually one to write a review but I couldn’t not. We visited here this evening for a 4D scan I’m 27 weeks with twins, from the minute you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome! The lady on the front desk was so lovely and chatty. As we went into the scan the babies were laying funny which made it quiet difficult to get a good view of them but she did not give up and we couldn’t be happier with the pictures and video we received she did an amazing job! Overall I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you are wanting any type of scan every single person was so friendly and made you feel welcome and at ease, if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

I was allowed to bring 3 guest with me, so was really lovely to share the experience with my partner and his family.
The two ladies in the scan pointed out all the things they were looking at giving us reassurance that all was well. They didn’t rush us and made sure we got some fabulous 4d images of our little rainbow baby.
I can’t recommend windows to the womb highly enough! If I could have given 10 ⭐️ it still wouldn’t have been enough.

l.Had the most amazing experience seeing our little lady in 4D yesterday. She played her part well so we were able to see her perfectly and we came away with memories to treasure forever.
What made the experience even better was how brilliant ALL the staff were.

They are so helpful and friendly and they really make it such a special time. I am so grateful to have had my scans here with such an amazing team. The 4d scan pictures were so clear too. The receptionist was really welcoming and took the time to explain what would happen during the scan and what our package included.
Both ladies who were in the scan room with us were amazing - really chatty and very funny. The dynamic of having one person scanning and one person talking you through what was on the screen worked really well; something we hadn't seen before at our other scans.

Staff were so so polite and helpful! Ladies who did my scan were so lovely! We got lots more pics than we should have! 70+ loved seeing our sweet girls face. Definitely recommend to others 🙂 thank you for making my experience memorable. My baby is due in less than 2 weeks now 🤰

I was made welcome by everyone and they went out of they're way to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. During my scan they were very informative and explained it all so well as they were showing me my scan. Afterwards I got to choose my pictures in my own time without feeling rushed and they were all perfect. A lovely homely place with great staff. Very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return when the time is here again.

S. S.We attended today for a gender reveal scan! As soon as we arrived Robyn and her team made us feel special and excited about our scan. The whole experience from start to finish was just exceptional. The attention to detail and the small touches gave a real personal touch and we were lucky to just live round the corner. During the scan it was fun and no pressure and they made sure we didn’t find out the gender as we have decided to have a general reveal at a later date with our family. We received some lovely printed images and all other images via email by the time we had walked home! E. G.I phoned up to book a last minute appointment after some issue, the lady on the phone was so lovely and comforting. When we got to the studio it was lovely, all the staff are absolutely amazing! Robyn went above and beyond to completely calm our anxieties as did the sonographers, they are such an incredible bunch.
This is a family run business with a true family feel to it.
I honestly can not think of a better place to have a scan of your little one.

H. E.Had the priviledge of going to The Original Window to the Womb last night and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming, you knew they were there for every single one of their customers and not just because it was their job to do so. The actual scan was so relaxing and we were talked through every single step. We got the chance to hear baby’s heartbeat and we not told the gender until they were 100% certain with a photo to show their findings. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. E. W.Very friendly and lovely place to have a private scan. Me and my partner went for our early gender reveal scan and were welcomed with smiles and very friendly people who work there. When we got in the scan room the whole scan felt very rushed and the images weren't very clear. I would have liked it if the lady scanning had stopped for a few seconds so we could have got a good look at our baby and the movements. The lady who is in there with us telling us about each part of what we can see on the screen is lovely and very friendly. The feeling of the whole scan being rushed really put a dampener on the experience for me and I would definitely consider going somewhere else for a scan later on in my pregnancy should I decide to get a 4D scan.
We ended up finding out the gender of our baby once we had left the building and got a chance to soak it up in our own time, I feel like if we had found out in the room it wouldn't have been as magical because of how rushed it felt. I understand that they probably have back to back appointments but I didn't feel as though we got our full 15 mins in the scan room. It was a much more magical and calm experience at our 12 week NHS scan which is a shame as I would have expected it to be just as magical with us paying to have a private scan.
Can't fault the reception staff or the gentleman printing the pictures though!

R. B.What a fantastic team of people! The ladies here are so welcoming and bubbly, you can really tell that they all love their jobs. I came today (24/04/2021) for the Picture Box scan package. This was so kindly upgraded from the Sneak a Peak early gender reveal package at no extra cost, as covid meant we could not come to this back in January. Me and my partner had a fantastic experience here, we got to see our baby boy at 28 weeks in full 3D, with a peak into the 4DHD too. We were made to feel very comfortable, it was so so worth the money and I will definitely be coming again IF I have another baby🥰 We got to take home some freebies and photo prints, and we purchased a heartbeat bear which is lovely quality! 10 out of 10 would recommend💙

I. I.A last minute booking today turned into a magical experience. The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was comfortable. After completing some short paperwork we we're lead into the scanning room. It had plenty of room for guests with tv screens so that everyone could have a good view. Baby was hidden on the first scan so we went for a walk around and even though it was after closing time (we were the last scan of the day) we weren't rushed at all. We were given plenty of choice of pictures and the sonographor didn't give up until she got some amazing images. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommended

E. M.After having my first baby scanned by wttw without any problems I booked them again for my second expecting the same level of service. I chose the highest package but failed to get in for the gender scan until after 19 weeks which is not far off the NHS free antenatal scan & certainly way off the 16 weeks they boast on the website, then my main scan was way too close to my due date meaning my baby was a little big to get full shots & in no way got the full 10 minutes (which only 2 of those in were in 4D) it was 6 mins total as the Dvd running length states this. The other items including keyrings etc were not as promised we got only 2 not 4, 1 large pic instead of 3 but when questioned was told that the website was different to what they offered as its up to the individual studio what packages they want to give so £££ wasted when we got less than the middle package & only a brief view in 4D which was supposed to be a full scan.
