Arrived within the time window (pre-advised when 20 minutes away) booked online with one man. The item was a broken down massage chair weighing 80kg so the driver was unable to move it himself and promised to return later with a second man. Confirmed later and arrived with three men. Chair moved through three doorways expertly and with no damage as clearance was less than 1cm! First class service and excellent communication throughout. Online booking system very good. They were brilliant from the time I contacted them to the time they came to collect the items for removal. It wasn't a large load, but did include a microwave that had failed, a failed UPS and a broken desk as well as some other items, none of which I could have disposed of myself being someone who doesn't drive. Waste 2 Clear provided great customer service removing a lot of rubbish. Booking and payment was handled via their website, and they arrived when they said they would, quickly moved all the rubbish into their van, and swept up afterwards. My wife booked a removal for excess recycling that had built up between Christmas and new year. The prices are reasonable considering the team are quick and efficient. They even offered to remove our Christmas tree which I had not included as part of the collection. Inadvertently I added a box which contained a new house hold item recently received in the post. A few days later my wife realised the item was missing and I called Waste 2 clear to see if anyone had noticed a large parcel when unpacking the recycling. Luckily the owner with the help of his staff were able to retrieve the item and return it. Service levels beyond that which you would normally expect! Thank you so much!
