Friendly, efficient, and great standard of work. Kevin carried out some pipework for us prior to our kitchen installation and did a fantastic job. He is very easy to contact and replies quickly, answering any queries that I had prior to his visit. He talked us through what he was planning to do prior to carrying out the work, and ensured that we understood what he had done when he was finished. He also kindly took our old sink away for us! Would highly recommend, and we will be using Kevin for any future work

A friend of mine recommended Keven to me. Kevin serviced my boiler and also performed a gas safety check on the boiler and gas hob and took a look at a leaking tap. He was extremely thorough and I would recommend him to family / friends. Despite performing this service for a fixed fee, he even took the time, whilst on-site, to arrange an appointment for the boiler manufacturer to come out to fix a minor issue with the cover as it was still under guarantee. It is this attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction which impressed me and I will certainly be using him again next year.

I had the good fortune to meet Kevin 3 years ago, since then he has serviced and maintained my boiler in the one property that I let. The boiler is old an has had numerous repairs, Kevin has found the time to carry out the repairs the next day or as soon as the spare parts arrive. He also notifies me by email when the annual Gas Safety Inspections are due to ensure I do not fall foul of the law. I can not recommend the services from Glowtec highly enough.

Kevin has helped me with boiler services at three properties in the past a few years, and some other plumbing jobs. Excellent service. Every time, he patiently checks and makes sure all radiators and boilers are fully functional. Our boiler is in the garage, so it requires a little bit running around, he makes sure to put on and takes off shoe covers, and keeps things tidy. He explains what he is doing, and why he is doing it. Very professional. I learn something new every time (it's quite interesting when you put all the engineering and physics and numbers together). After the service, he sticks the readings on the side of the boiler, so next year if it is someone else checks it. They can use the figures for reference. Don't think I will change another person to check it. Very happy with his service. and highly recommend to others.
