I've just had the first follow up appointment after initial consultation and Sophie was fantastic! Sophie explained my scans and helped me to understand what was happening with my body - why and where I was experiencing pain and what I need to do to help myself. Very informative, caring and experienced. Sophie followed all Covid safety proceedures. I left feeling much more confident going forward. It really does help to find a professional you can trust and I trust Sophie completely. Brilliant weekly sessions so far plus a home exercise plan with a view eventually to visit twice a year for a tune up. I'm finally looking forward to feeling well and being able to move well. Highly recommended to all.
