My experience with Oodle has not been brilliant in all honesty, but the reason I am posting this review is to highlight a member of staff that was truly a gem amongst stones, this morning I spoke with the most pleasant of ladies named Lisa, she was the most helpful and considerate person that I have spoken to within the company, and I've probably conversed with them all at this point. This lady took it upon herself to call me back and done her upmost to remedy my issues. Lisa deserves a raise, she deserves credit, it was an absolute pleasure to be handled by her.

I've been with Oodle for a few years now and in that time I have had to change a payment date due to a change in jobs and I have had to contact them when I put on furlough. They were incredibly helpful and not only gave me a few months to delay payments but worked to lower my payment to get me caught back up with finances. A great easy process. I would give you more stars if you had them. I looked at getting a new car for some time now, However I didn't have time to go walking and driving about car show rooms plus the hassle of car dealers telling you what you Already know. So in you own time you can scroll through a huge number of cars in as said your own time. Once you have found that sweet spot. Then go to the main site and add all your Docs. Its all secure I have had no problems. It was delivered just three days after it all had been approved. I didn't have to set foot out of the front door. Then if your not happy with your choice. Had some difficult experiences in past with oodle going through brokers and cars with undisclosed faults. However organising a replacement car direct with themselves has completly changed my experience. Adrian Prescott from bring the car to you department or customer sales went above and beyond to organise everything in background no matter how difficult or tedious the task was he always delivered! For that reason I can imagine how his service and our concerns could of been dealt with any better if he even tried! Really happy dealing with Oodle, Adrian Prescott got my application and verified the details at a rapid rate (which is ideal when hunting for a car you want and can go quickly) and was professional and helpful the whole way and still is being so. Initially, oodle were very persistent in trying to get me to complete my application but this is the norm with finance and credit companies. Only reason this isn't 5* is due to the communication between dealership and oodle could have been better, as the dealership were calling me for details I'd already given oodle but this has myriad of reasons for happening but the only thing id suggest would be oodle/dealership finalise all info and advise when you need to speak with either. Overall though I am very satisfied and i can see myself going back to oodle for my next car, simply because it was incredibly easy and stress free.

Really I had a fantastic experience in buying car with oodle finance. Hassle free, Just sitting at home I bought a BMW 1 series 118d 2019 Model. Oodle has taken extra effort to check the vehicle on behalf of me and delivered the vehicle for free from the dealer to my place around 250+ miles. I know there will be people on here who don't rate the service and I was wary when I first essentially got given this company by HPL Motors on reading the reviews, but I have to say that since I have been with them they have been excellent and despite Covid, they have helped me with payment problems and arrears no problem. Amazing company! Very down to earth and human about things, especially my current financial situation. I lost my job, my DLA carers payment afterwards because my partner lost her Dla and through thick and thin, they have been really understanding about missing 1 or 2 payments. In the end I had to do a voluntary termination of the car as I cannot afford it anymore, due to the circumstances. They understood that I needed to get rid and they helped me with advice on how I should do it! If my financial situation was stable again I would definitely consider becoming another customer to them as there customer service is outstanding!
