Karolina made me feel at ease from the first moment I met her, she was full of knowledge and she was thorough with everything she did, from the initial consultation to the facial itself. 24 hours later and my skin is absolutely glowing and looks so calm and even. I honestly cannot wait to see her again for my next facial in 4 weeks time - thank you Karolina!
