I booked the large conference room at Allia Future Business Centre at the beginning of 2020 for a Men's Mental Health event. The staff at Allia have been attentive to our needs - especially whilst adapting to the new guidance for Covid-19. We ran our event with a small group of guests in July 2020. The conference room is bright, well equipped audio and visual requirements. I appreciate the large potted plants, which help to make the space feel more welcoming. Our staff and guests felt safe and I'd say the venue could easily have held 30-40 people whilst and maintaining safe distancing measures. All in all, an excellent space!

I’ve been hiring a desk here for over a year and the staff here are just like an extended part of our charity. So friendly and professional and giving. They’ll do anything to make sure our team feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble and Paul the manager personally helped me set up an event this week (see picture) when he didn’t have to. The guests all commented on how professional the event looked. All the technical things like projectors and sound was easy to use and just worked first time. Kudos to them.

If you are for a short or longer term office place, I would highly recommend Allia Future Business Centre in Peterborough. We have recently moved in, and consistently receiving a very high service exceptional standards of safety, we all feel Covid safe, very clean and tidy, they have a cleaner keeping things clean throughout the day, great facilities, very accommodating and responsive. A great example, I had a last minute request to cater for 12 people for a training session everything was arranged and including catering and presentation facilities to ensure we were able to conduct a very important training session for my team with in internal consultant within less than 24 hours everything was arranged and just appeared with precision. Even had the courtesy to follow up and ask if everything was in order. Paul Smith and Delly are very professional, flexible and have gone out of there way to make arrangements for us with very short notice. For a fast growing business as we are the agility and response is crucial for us and have never let us down. Highly recommended. Personal thank you to you!!!

I was nervous about returning to an office environment after working from home for over a year due to Covid, but I am happy and feel safe with the Covid-19 measures that have been put in place at Allia to protect everyone working here. The building is modern, bright and open and impeccable clean, and all the staff from the cleaner, receptionist, centre manager and restaurant manager are all lovely and super helpful. We have been training at the Allia Centre for the last year throughout coronavirus pandemic, as it has given us much more space to provide training in a Covid secure way. The booking process has been straightforward and everything has worked well. Allia Future Business Centre opened its doors to my co-director and myself (we run Changing Perceptions - a youth-run CIC) very generously and graciously yesterday. I can say, genuinely, that this is the most extraordinary facility of its kind in our Peterborough and no other place can compare. Its location is superb and the facilities more than sufficient; it has a mixture of spaces to work from and take meetings. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff - particularly Paul Smith - the Centre manager. Paul did as much as was possible to accommodate us and make us feel welcome and comfortable. The enthusiasm and support we got from him were extraordinary. I will recommend the Future Business Centre to everyone and anyone looking for a workspace, and we cannot wait to return!

I've been a virtual tenant at Allia for the past 5 years and it's been a real asset to me and my business. During this time, I’ve enjoyed some excellent courses, workshops and seminars. The monthly co-working Jellys provided a good opportunity to meet other small business owners and offer support, share ideas etc. It’s great having such a lovely facility so close to where I live in which to work, meet with clients and colleagues. Being part of the centre has certainly helped to raise my business profile locally and has provided me with new networking opportunities. Paul and Omadelle are always really welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Since re-opening, their Covid secure measures have been excellent, the centre is always really clean and I feel very comfortable being onsite. A great place to base your business, grow and network. The Allia Future Business Centre in Peterborough has been a great place to run and grow my business for the past two years as a virtual tenant. The virtual tenancy suits my business particularly well - as I work from my home workshop most of the time. The package includes a registered address, post handling, access to working spaces in the building and meeting room hire. During the pandemic they've been very responsive - offering to forward my post to another address, making space for social distancing and made the entire building COVID secure. By far the greatest resource at Allia in Peterborough are the learning and networking opportunities. I've attended several excellent workshops organised at Allia - from business model development to sales and marketing which equipped me with the skills I need to start the business. The 'Jelly' coworking events for freelancers have been great to focus and learn from others too. These workshops and events are really made by the community of friendly, open-minded entrepreneurs who buzz about the Future Business Centre - creating exactly the environment needed to encourage and grow your business.

I received lots of positive feedback from the attendees about the venue at our recent partnership event. The conference room was bright and well equipped in terms of technology. The food was delicious and the canteen staff were very efficient ensuring the 35 delegates could enjoy their lunch within a tight 30 minute window. The venue and facilities were immaculately clean. And Paul, I particularly appreciated your care throughout the day, regularly coming to check everything was OK and providing technical guidance when needed. I have now been working from the Future Business Centre since it first opened its doors. I can honestly say that this is the best facility of its kind in Peterborough and nothing else can even be compared to it. Its is centrally located with sufficient parking spaces. It has a mixture of spaces to work from, and have meetings. The bistro is also a great feature to have lunch or even just a coffee with a colleague or client. I can't speak highly enough about the staff who have helped me and many others to no end. Paul, who is the Centre Manager has done so much to accommodate me, but in addition to this he and his team reacted immediately to the pandemic and put stringent measures in place to make the building safe for all its users. I would more than recommend the Future Business Centre to anyone looking for workspace or even just a shor term desk if your looking to work away from home.

I've been working at the Future Business Centre (FBC) for 18 months now , pre and post Covid. I can best describe it as the next best thing to going into your own office. The location is great, the facilities are excellent and the staff, led by Paul Smith, Centre Manager couldn't be more helpful. The team reacted very quickly to the pandemic and put in place a very comprehensive Covid security policy and measures. I feel totally safe when I visit the centre and look forward to the day when the cafe on the top floor can open too. If you're looking for a place to work away from home I highly reccomend FBC.

Been a tenant here since 2020 (Through the Covid-19 pandemic) and I must say the rules and procedures that have been put in place to make the centre Covid-19 safe are very robust. The management and staff at the centre are friendly and always willing to help where they can. I would recommend this workspace to anyone who is looking for a desk only or an office for multiple people and the rates are very reasonable. Facilities are excellent and include an innovation centre and café (That is unfortunately closed due to Covid-19 but will be open again soon I hope!!).

I would recommend these offices. They have reacted really well during Covid. The office manager, Paul, is friendly and supportive. There is a nice friendly atmosphere, high quality furnishing, modern, bright, ample parking, close to city centre, good onsite cafe, scalable options starting with hot desking, co-working to dedicated offices, great meeting / conference rooms with view of Posh football pitch.
