First time out since the pandemic hit. Went on a Friday as our youngest son is CEV. Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The staff were really friendly and helped out with the 'extra stuff' (climbing wall and laser tag - included in admission). Food was a decent price for what it is, don't be expecting restaurant quality food (although the burgers did look good) but this place is for the kids, not the adult's feeding needs - right?! 😆😂🤣 Lots of different things for kids to do of all ages. Really good value day out for our family of five kids - age ranges from 6 months to 9 years. Lots of heavy eyes on the way home!

Took our two boys here for the day. Not been here for a few years but will definitely be visiting more often. Really well set out venue but the biggest asset is the staff, all really friendly and dress up and play games with the children. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to go to a soft play venue. Very impressed

It was my first time with my nephews and I must say, it was hours of endless fun. The kids really enjoyed running around, jumping, music and making friends, me being an adult, I made a friend too. The staff are really helpful, informative and kind. As it was school hours, the toddlers were loving life and I felt at peace in terms of their safety. I was a little concerned managing two little ones on my own but success! There was a staff member called Jack who went out if his way to make sure the service was met. Will be returning and great pricing.

This has changed a lot from when I was young, but my little sister and nephews all love it. Plenty for them to do and lots of tables to sit at. Food and drink are at a reasonable price and good quality. Always kept tidy and staff are friendly and helpful. They have two rooms for parties and other tables so ideal for that. You feel comfortable letting any children run free in this place.

I could not of had a more brilliant experience with my 3 year old. This was made even more enjoyable thanks to cadence. She was not short of amazing, her friendly and welcoming attitude was just fantastic, she was amazing with my son and I left wanting return thanks to the wonderful practice of cadence. Went on Thursday for our son birthday party. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. A huge THANK YOU to our party hosts ,two lovely girls PAIGE and JESS which I highly recommend,if someone doing a great fun for the kids and know how to bring that energy are those two girls. My children always love coming here , I feel it's good value , there is always lots going on ... Tug of war ... Dance games which cost no extra. The kids love the climbing wall and the laser quest which again costs nothing extra...the football is my middle son's favourite too... I worked here 18 years ago an it was amazing then but it's just got BETTER!!!

We went to big sky for a birthday party and the service was amazing. The party host Kiarna was absolutely brilliant with kids. I was in awe just watching her manage the party. We have just had a fantastic trip to Big Sky in Peterborough. This place is amazing, made even more special by the people that work there especially Josh. He went out of his way to make sure not just us but everyone had the best time possible. He is a shining example for this company, and you can see that he enjoys his work. I booked my sons party online for 2nd July well in advance on the online service, which allows you to chose the type of party how many kids are coming, the buffet type and extras like drinks for the grownups and more. I was very impressed with the online service, and you’re able to pay a deposit and pay up as long as it’s fully paid 5 days before the party. When I called to pay the rest over the phone they were knowledgeable and helpful. When it came to the party day the hosts greeted us when we explained who we were at the desk and they very friendly and upbeat with everyone. We had two hosts; Kelsey and Jai whom were good with the children and very attentive. They let us know step by step how the party would proceed which took a lot of weight off my mind. There was ample space for my sons football themed party and all the grown ups too. They cut the cakes I brought in, wrapped them and put them in the party bags for us. The food was well cooked and the kids loved it. They also got to play a game of football with the hosts as part of the party. My son and his friends had the best time and the grownups enjoyed the free time and the drinks from the cafe. Complete success and we will without doubt be returning. Thank you so much for making my sons birthday so special!

My son had his 4th birthday party here today and he (and his friends) had a great time. It was well organised and the party’s hosts were super, the food and ice cream were great and the party bags were also fab. I love big sky, I always come here with my son, so we were always going to hold his party here. The facilities are fantastic and there is so much to do for children of all ages (our party group ranged from 2 years to 12). One of the biggest things for me here is how wonderful, happy and friendly the staff are. Thanks big sky for a wonderful party.

Big Sky, Peterborough is a great soft play for kids of all ages, they have an amazing sensory area which my autistic twins love to spend time in. There are lots of different play areas, a climbing wall, laser tag, dressing up/imagination play, as well as the 2soft play areas, 1for young children and the other for the older children. They even have a pretend football pitch which proved extremely popular on our visit. The equipment is clean, the play areas are clean, the food is great, and the staff are very friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We have celebrated our 4 year old's birthday last week at Big Sky. All communication from booking to the party itself was very good either by phone, email or in person. The superhero party was spot on, perfectly organised. The kids enjoyed their food and had lots of fun. Our party host Kelsey was brilliant! She did everything the kids asked for and did an amazing job. Many thanks for that! We would definitely recommend Big Sky for birthday parties!

Had a children party yesterday which was well organised and good value for money. Good range of "themes" to choose from and the area for the party was decorated in the theme which was great! So we went to big sky today 15th April and boy was it amazing!!!! I can not fault it at all..... The kids had so much fun 5 years old and 2 year old. They loved the soft play and the Lazer tag the role play the climbing wall having their faces painted. Most off all the magic man was absolutely awesome. He had myself 38year old smiling from start to finish. He was awesome!!!!!! He got all the kids involved along with all the adults..... I'm even considering to have him as a party entertainer for my boy!!!! All the kids sat there in amazement. Very clean and staff so so happy n bubbly. Well.dome big sky we will be back. It's nice in general. I think this place should be clean more often. Plenty of dust especially this clear plastik container with collects those plastick balls it's absolutely disgusting. For this much money you should find time to clean it properly.

My daughter had an amazing time during her birthday party. We've been to many parties in other soft play centres but Big Dky is definitely the best. Two party leaders (Tina and im really sorry I don't know the other ladies name) were dressed up as elsa and Rapunzel and it was so cute to see my daughters reaction. Everything was so organised and they made sure we had everything at all times. JJ was also a great addition and all the children lived it. Definitely recommend and thank you for making my daughters first birthday party so special. I was so pleased. One down thing was that the toilets were abit dirty but apart from that everything was on point

I would have given it 5 stars, however. The main issue seemed to be the food order we placed. The play areas themselves are good, could do with an update in some areas. The main attraction seemed to be laser tag, very popular. Yes I know the place is meant for kids and trust me, there were plenty of parties going on. Issue 1 they lost our food order 2. It took an additional 30 to do a simple bowl of cheese chips and a panini. 3. Incomplete order as we actually order 2 bowls of chips. 4 took them 20 minutes to have an argument about who's food was what before they said take these. And finally, the biggest issue of them all. Parking. The place is in and industrial estate, surrounded by businesses so going during the week may be slightly better than on a Saturday, but nun the less, you have to fight tooth and nail for a decent spot (decent being any spot and you may have to walk a little).

The two unicorn hosts Kamila and Ellie were very helpful and entertaining for the children. Really recommend this place for a party and the hot buffet was really good, the children loved the food and get an ice cream when they leave, everybody happy all round.

I was so impressed with Big Sky today. It is a beautiful, big, bright and airy, fun play place for the kids. The free climbing wall and lazer tag games were such a nice touch, as was the staff playing musical statues with the kids and a massive game of hide and seek! Our children’s ages ranged from 5-11yrs and they were all very busy and content they whole time. The food was tasty and great portions and the free pirate face painting went down a treat too! The place was also really well-staffed (which is rare these days!) and this made a massive difference to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly and professional and so helpful. It’s a massive 5 stars from us.

A great place to take the kids on a rainy or winters day, better than the others in the are as it’s bigger and the food and drink provisions are superior. Also it seems better value for money, I had my kids party here too which worked well and didn’t cost the earth. Definitely recommended.

We went today for a children's party. It has recently been renovated and is much more airy and bright, and also better laid out. There is zorbing and a climbing wall as well as dedicated soft play areas for babies, one for toddlers and one for older children. There are dedicated party rooms for food too aswell as a food bar where the food is what I consider reasonably priced. There is ample free parking too

The location is big enough, so you may lose yourself inside. Therefore, you can have a lot of fun! Pros: - The location is big, so you may need some time to get bored; - Attractions are available for various ages; - You can sit at a table & eat/drink; - Beverages can be purchased from inside; - The personnel is ammable & friendly; - Free parking. Cons: - The entry price doesn't include any drinks, or food; - The beverages are quite pricey; - There are no lockers (at least to my knowledge); - The restroom may need some refurbishing. All in all, I recommend.

The biggest soft play area I have been to so far. What a fantastic place!! Children of all ages will find it amusing, cause there are designated corners with specific interests, toys and equipment. Very impressed :) we had a birthday party booked, and although we weren't in a separate room the kids enjoyed themselves very much. Running around, colouring, playing with their host dressed up in one of the disney characters. Then had a hot buffet, drinks and cake. Will definitely come again some time!

First time I went there since the upgrade and I was shocked as how much it had changed .. looks so much better and more spacious. The staff are amazing and very helpful. My little boy loved the toddler and sensory bit he meet other children and loved running around the tables. The staff took people's temp before letting them in which I thought was brilliant and was always on the go. Thank you.

First time at Big Sky, we normally go to Play2Day in Wisbeach. We were pretty impressed with it. Its clean and the staff are friendly and great with the kids. Reason I've only given 4 stars is because the music was WAY TOO LOUD, you literally had to shout to be heard by the person sitting next to you. If you have noise sensitive children I'd recommend headphones or finding a quieter venue. The other thing that was a bit annoying was having to say "no" to my grandson who wanted to go on all the "extra" amusement machines, which were £1 a time. We had 2 coffees, which were really nice, and some juice and it came to £6. We didn't try the food this time but it all looked lovely.

Great soft play and well maintained. My only issues is lack of vegan food or even knowledge of what vegan is from the staff. Today we’ve had my daughter’s Birthday party at Big Sky and it was wonderful! Our host Brooke was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. There was a little delay with food at the party and Brooke didn’t get lost. She immediately suggested a fun game for the kids. Not every kid liked the game and my daughter said: “ This game isn’t working!” And Brooke responded: “ Yeah, the game isn’t working, is it?! What about Head Shoulders Knees and Toes?!” And all the kids screamed: “ Yeah!!!” :D Bless them! :)))) Honestly, I would have been lost if I had to deal with unhappy kids, but Brooke was amazing and rose up to the challenge. Brooke was a great host and such an improvement from a horrible host we had two years ago at the Safari Soft play. I’d love to have another party at Big Sky for sure!

Plenty for the kids to do. Food is ok and the is a good selection that is reasonably priced. Entry is not cheap but there is a lot activities (climbing wall with safety harnesses, push karts, play areas for 4 and under and one for older kids that are over multiple floors.

Comparing Big Sky to Safari Soft Play, even though its smaller, they somehow managed to fit more play areas. There's so much more to do. Definitely more areas for 0-5 years. We really enjoyed it and our little one as well.

Nice big seating area, well spaced out unlike some soft play centres. The 2 main areas are very good sized with lots for the kids to do in them. There is a dedicated toddler play area and one for the older children. As well as ride on electric go karts which are included in the price. Only downside is there isnt much parking.

This is by far one of the best playbarns we have been too. Play areas are very clean and the food is lovely and not overpriced. Plenty of activities for the kids to get involved in and the extra effort for Halloween games and crafts was a nice touch. The staff all work hard, but I have to mention the lady who plays the games and did face painting today! She really does go the extra mile to entertain the kids of all ages! Also have to mention the safety measures that have been put in place are excellent and the staff ensure they are followed at all times!!

Brought my son here today and what a great experience he had after being shut up for so long. He wanted to try the laser game and the staff and other children loved it. There was a young lad called josh who took my son under his wing and went around with him he had a great time. I was very apprehensive about coming but after 5 mins myself and my son felt absolutely fine. Josh is a lovely lad and a credit to the company, he had a little shadow following him.. We had our sons 6th birthday here everything went so well from start to finish We had Kat help us with the booking and Josh helped as party host really can't recommend this place highly enough. Visited Sunday with 2 adults and 2 children (4&6) with an entry price of £20 which seems reasonable. It wasn't massively busy and our entry was quick so no standing around. Kids went off to play and adults straight to the cafe. The cafe staff were fantastic; Friendly, attentive and chatty. I was really impressed with them. Latte's were nice but the Nacho's were substandard. Whilst the portion size was fine, the pots of sauces were not proportionate which meant it was dry crisps and cheese. It would be nice to see the breakfast menu being extended to 12, I think it stopped at 11 which was disappointing. The cleanliness was ok. I didn't see anyone cleaning and our table was not cleared during our visit. The layout of the play area was good and I love the set up of the role play area. I didn't use the toilets but my girlfriend did and she was disgusted by them. 1 out of 3 toilets in use and the door could not be locked. We stayed 2 hours which was just about right for adults and children alike. It was a positive visit and I hope they can sort the toilets out.

We had a fabulous day here yesterday. The extra activities like face painting, rock climbing, laser tag etc really made our 3 year olds day.

Popular soft play centre in large industrial unit. Well planned out with different age limit sections. Babies and under 5s are well catered for with a large, safe, sectioned areas, with lots of fun and stimulation. Older kids have lots to enjoy. Very well planned multi tiered towers, with all the usual slides, ball pits, nets etc. One note of difference is Big Sky are more innovative than other soft plays I've visited. Some of these includes Egyptian themed room with 'secret' doors, step piano play/record, raised floor panels filled with colour liquid that move under foot, Taj Mahal etc. I followed my 3yr old around all sections and he had lots of fun and was captivated. They also have electric cars, push carts and multiple dress up/activity rooms (incl builders, supermarket). Private party rooms available. Seems a great location to hold a kids party. Lots of tables and seats but it gets full quickly. Not tried the food but usual burgers, chips, fruit shoot type offerings. Clean throughout, lots of parking.

We have recently twice been to big sky birthday parties and we are very pleased with the staff and service they provided. They were very professional and friendly with the kids and ready to help. we had so much fun so as our kids ! the newly refurbished big sky is very open , clean n so much fun .

I visited here yesterday with my nearly 2 year old. There was plenty for him to do and play areas are split into different sections which I think kept him interested for longer. He especially loved the race track and spent ages going round on the cars. This place has an impressive selection of toys/slides and play areas. There is plenty of seating and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place had a bit of a tired look and some areas were rather dirty, mainly the floors which looked like more than a few days worth of build up in my opinion. The baby changing room was clean however was a bit smelly as the nappy bin had no lid which I think would be a good idea for hygiene and smell especially in summer when the weather gets warmer. Overall a great place to take younger children with plenty to do, I feel the place could do with a good spring clean and a lick of paint in areas but I would definitely go back and my little boy absolutely loved it and had a great time. I brought my 2 year old and my 3 year old. I was charged £6.05 for each child. I can’t believe how much the prices have increased since I went last! The play area is great, and a lot of areas for the kids to play. I’ve been going there since I was a child myself, so it has changed dramatically throughout the years which is good I suppose. FOOD. I ordered a ham and cheese panini as always; with fries instead of salad, but always seem to get both sides, and for £1 more, I suppose its a reasonable portion. However I had an eclair. Which was horrendous. The choux pastry was horrible and very dry, the cheap tasting chocolate just crumbled off. And the filling! My god. Soooo sweet! It was aweful.

Lovely place to come to for kids from all ages . However coming here at a peak time isn't so great . They are able to cater for a lot of people although it doesn't seem they have the staff to be able to do so . Arriving there was food and rubbish on every spare table. I waited over a hour for someone to clean it . I waited 1hr and 15 minutes for food . My daughter's came out wrong they brought out the right food a while later yet mine did not come for another 20 minutes and was not even hot.

I like big sky in as much as it provides opportunities for kids to play in a safe environment. I also approve of the fact that there is very little distructive sound (some soft play clubs will have booming music which combined with a great number of people can make kids go crazy). The staff os polite. The pricing is quite affordable. You pay per child and not per hour. The equipment is diverse and tailored to different ages and abilities. There are food options but unfortunately, the prepared food such as fish fingers, chicken nuggets and fries are appalling. Every time we end up for more than 3 or 4 hours with you, guys, and have to try the food, we're sorry. There can be an issue finding a parking place in peak hours, perhaps something for the management to explore. Despite the terrible food, recommended

Birthday Party My daughter had a gold party and it was wonderful. Our host Gabija was lovely, and the rest of the staff all helped when required without us having to ask. The children loved the big monkey and their faces being painted. The buffet was well presented and the children enjoyed it all, the manager didnt have a problem swapping ice cream to ice lolly so my daughter didn't feel left out as can't have dairy. The whole experience was wonderful and we will be back to play lots and my daughter has already asked to have her party there next year. Thank you Big Sky.

I visited on a Saturday afternoon, about 3-5pm. It was very busy yet organised; it was well staffed and the sign in and café queues moved quickly. My children were well entertained by the play facilities and accepted that there was enough free fun on offer so that they didn't bother nagging to have coins for the toy or games machines. My only disappointment was that the coffee was awful - really bitter. As it was near the end of the day, the machine probably needed cleaning. The staff were excellent with bumped heads and reuniting wayward tots with their parents. There was lots of efficient kindness from the staff, e.g. cool packs and tannoy announcements aplenty.

My kids love coming here, there's so much more to do than most indoor play centres. They really love the indoor climbing wall and the Sky Rider. I don't think there's anything they don't like to be honest. I only give it 4 stars because I think the prices for the food is a little high, it's decent enough food, but just a touch high really. But a great place to take the kids if you wanna let them run wild for a few hours. During busy times they do have a 2hr play limit, but that's normal for these sorts of places.

The advertising photo for the soft play was for a big rocket type thing on the ceiling to go on. Which actually wasn't there for the kids to go on. Staff seems rather hostile. Went today for the first time in around 4 years. Nice to see the improvements as last time it was looking a bit tired. However today was cold, about -1/0 degrees at best, we where left waiting outside till around 10:10am (10 mins late) and whilst we where given an apology it wasn’t a great start - couldn’t find the keys apparently. The heating wasn’t working either and 1 x FOC coffee was provided. We then ordered two bacon rolls nearly straight away and waited patiently but as they hadn’t arrived by 10:55am I politely asked when we could expect them. The guy on the till didn’t seem trained to deal with customers and dismissed my question with “I don’t know I’m just helping on tills”...great reply to a paying customer! The other chap behind the counter was more helpful, spoke to the kitchen staff about my query...he himself seemed overwhelmed with the amount of coffees he had to make. Poor chap could have done with some assistance from the three female employees I could see nattering near the condiments table! Nothing winds me up more than seeing a queue of customers and staff standing idle. Short while after a young chap came from the kitchen and explained “the bacon we have...we’ve tried cooking it but it just isn’t cooking very well, I don’t think it’s the sort of bacon best for cooking” .... alarming statement from someone put in a position of responsibility in a kitchen! In his defence he seemed a bit anxious talking to a mildly disgruntled customer and may have gotten his words muddled. I do hope that was the case and he doesn’t genuinely think there is bacon out there that can’t be cooked!? Situation was resolved with a refund and a dubious looking/tasting sausage bap that came to us from the reception area and not the kitchen... Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect much when I pay £2.50 for a bacon roll but it frustrates me when staff aren’t trained properly. The place has potential...just needs fine tuning. Especially when they charge for adults to come in!
