A. M.Halo Renewables were the winning bid when it came to installing my solar system back in 2020. They were incredibly helpful during the process and happy to answer many of our questions and queries at every stage. They installed the system quickly and as agreed at the design stage and set the remote connectivity for us to remotely view the production in real-time. The system has been live for over two and half years now and I am happy to say that their promises about post sale service is top notch. They answer queries quickly and advise on future upgrades or deals. I will always go back to Halo Renewables for any future projects.

Their office team completed all relevant paperwork and applied for licenses on our behalf, ensuring the process was hassle free and all regulations were adhered to. The results are fantastic, and we are really pleased with how well both the panels and batteries are performing.

The 13 panels were installed by Andy & Thomas 4 weeks after our order was placed. They were very friendly and efficient.
Matthew & Tommy explained an issue with supply of our original inverter and battery equipment but offered an immediate alternative which was just as good.
Our equipment was installed and commissioned by Jim & kenzie just 6 weeks after the solar panels and 3 days after my conversation with Matthew about the alternative equipment.

S. R.I had been thinking about getting solar for a while, I contacted several companies but Halo Renewables were the first to respond. Matthew came to see me and explained the options in a straight forward and professional manner, I had the quote later that day. I went for 16x QCells panels coupled to a Growatt Hybrid Inverter and two 6.5kW Growatt Batteries. As an EV owner I wanted to have the option of charging my car from the solar so my Wallbox was changed for a ZAPPI charger and for completeness an EDDI to heat the hot water. The process of installation and commissioning was much quicker than I thought it would be, with Tommy in their office handling the paperwork and arranging the trades, Tommy kept me up to date so I knew exactly what was happening and when. The scaffolders arrived the day before work was to start and erected the scaffolding quickly and efficiently. The solar panel installer Andy arrived on a fairly terrible day weather wise, but that didn’t deter him, he was very polite and just got on with the job in hand, the panels look really good on the roof. A few days later the electrician Jim arrived to install the inverter and batteries and to commission the system. Jim was very polite and hard working and stayed all day to get the job done, which looks very tidy and professional. My experience with Halo Renewables has been a very positive one and I am very happy with the system they have installed; I would highly recommend their services.

Y. U.First off a massive thank you to Matt, Tommy and the guys for my Solar and Battery setup. I had been unsuccessful finding a company who could provide a larger install against my own requirements and provide a GIVENERGY solution instead opting to try and force me to use their own easy for them solution. Finally I came across Halo who were listed by GIVENERGY as an advanced installer (they are not wrong!).
From the start Matt was able to talk about their panels and the GIVENERGY battery system how it will integrate with my house and deliver exactly what I want from it. The hoped to install soon however COVID got in the way. Frustrating for them as well as me! finally we were good to go but there was a battery config issue due to stock limitations. A good chat with Matt and we were able to make a few changes at the same cost. I then added another battery because it made sense to me to go higher along with adding a Zappi as our EV had arrived early.
Once all confirmed it wasn't long before the scaffold went up and Jim and Andrew were on site putting in a long day getting 16 panels up, a full Inverter + 20Kwh battery system installed. I just kept the kettle on the go! On the day there was an issue with the provided Zappi which Jim rejected as it was damaged. Although this was now a delay I am glad he put me first rather than trying to fit a damaged product.
Since install there have been no issues but plenty of contact from Matt and team. In March we had some great days and the solar was hitting 7Kwhs often along with the 20Kwh battery keeping us running through the night and providing a buffer for those darker sky moments.
I had to wait a few weeks for the Zappi but it came in the end and was quickly installed. Then it was over to Tommy who has worked hard on the DNO and documentation which has been all correct and well received. as soon as I get the DNO approval I will be able to start getting paid for the excess I am putting back into the network during those really good days. As a house that goes over 20Kwhs a day the new 6.4Kwh PV and 20Kwh battery is going to make a huge difference to us along with getting that free electricity into the EV.
I am already considering upping the battery and potentially another charge point. I will be using the Halo team again. Solar and Battery installs are a large financial investment so it is important you find the right supplier. I highly recommend Halo to design and deliver the correct solution for you.
J. T.I have had great pleasure in dealing with Halo Renewables Ltd. I first had contact with Matt who designed a system to suit my requirements and budget. Tommy kept me up to date with the installation timescale. The scaffolding arrived on the day of installation along with the equipment all to plan. Jim the electrician and Andy the fitter were both professional and confident with what they were doing. Most importantly, their rubbish was removed. I have no problem in recommending this company to install a solar energy system and I wish them continued success.
P. E.Matthew was the most open and straight forward of the Solar Panel Installers I met. Clear pricing, good range of choices and quick installation of the system. My roof was not straight forward for solar panels having a number of gables, but our choice of panels to fit the roofs and placement has worked out great. Top marks to the installation team who were very polite and worked hard and long to get the installation fitted and commissioned quickly. My Electricity provider was perfectionist when it came to getting all the details correct on the certificates, which took a bit longer, but after a bit of time, I did get my SEG agreement sorted.

A GivEnergy dual battery and inverter solution to supplement my existing PV system. The solution is AC coupled so I can keep my FIT tariff. The work was tidy and accurate, and carried out as soon as the equipment was available.

The installation took place a couple of months after the deposit was paid. C. M.Company was very helpful when trying to figure out what system would work best. They weren’t pushy at all like other companies. With current massive delays on batteries, they setup my solar and inverter so I could use what I was generating all summer. Due to my order of batteries being the older type that the manufacturers were discontinuing, they upgraded my batteries at no extra cost and arranged installation as soon as they took delivery.

D.Overall a positive experience. i found Halo renewable via an internet search, and my first point of contact was with Mathew. i will state that Mathew came across as very knowledgeable, but also down to earth and explained thins very well, he didn't try to sell me more than i needed but explained my options very clearly.
once we had agreed on the best system for me an engineer visited to ensure that everything was suitable for the installation. a few weeks later the solar panels were fitted, the installer was very clean and professional, taking care of the property and leaving everything tidy.
A couple of weeks after the panels were fitted a team of 3 electricians arrived, on time to make the connections. the team were very good, talking to me about my options again for the locations of the battery and inverter. once agreed they got on with their work and completed the installation. The team were professional and courteous, the installation was neat and tidy, they all respected my property and left everything clean neat and tidy.
i write this a week after the installation, and i am very pleased with the the performance of the the solar system so far, long may it continue.

K. N.We did a fair amount of research before deciding to go for solar panels so were hopeful that the company we chose would do a good job at a reasonable price. We are pleased with the service we received. The initial consultation was most helpful to our understanding of what would be involved and time scales, our questions were fully answered. The scaffolding went up promptly and in fact the panels themselves were erected when we were not at home, but all went well. We were happy that the scaffolding also came down quickly as we had read that some companies leave the scaffolding in place far too long. There was a considerable time gap between the panels going up and the battery being installed possibly due to a supply problem. However, the installation itself was completed in a few hours very efficiently and withg care for the appearance aspect. We are learning to live with solar and enjoying looking at the monitor seeing the battery fill up with our home generated electricity, even on fairly dull days.
One minor comment is that response to emails and phone messages seemed slow to us. Nonetheless, we are very happy to feel we are doing our tiny bit to provide our own energy and are satisfied in our choice of installers who have assured us of their support if needed.

Tommy in the office handled everything from there and within a week of receiving the agreement from the DNO scaffolding was put up . Keith the roofer came the next morning and quickly completed the roof work and had the panels up, whilst Daniel the electrician did a brilliant job wiring up the inverter and car charger. All work done was neat and tidy, and the whole team were pleasant communicated well.
G. W.There was a long delay between placing the order and installation, which was a little annoying but once the installation started things changed. The scaffolding was erected and the next day the engineers arrived, the panels were attached to the roof and the cables routed into the loft space. I had erected a false wall in the loft for the electrician to attach the inverter and batteries. The electricians work was very neat and he routed the cable from the Inverter to the meter cupboard exactly where and how I requested (I'm an electrical engineer myself). There was a problem with the commissioning of the system which was sorted out quickly and the system and phone app are working very well, I have an electrical tariff with Octopus Energy and my supplier usage is about £0.50 a day (including standing charge), this also includes charging my PHEV. This is summer usage, we will have to see how efficient the panels are in winter, overall we are very happy with the installation and the savings on electricity. These systems are not cheap and they will take a long time to pay for themselves, but with the price of electricity spiraling it will be worth doing.

There was no pressure and with the break down I was able to do my research. All the panels and inverter were if the highest standard.
Tommy in the officer is quick with responses and again clear with all information. I needed a copy of the MCS and had it with in the hour. I couldn’t ask for me.
The installation has been in a year now and has not missed a beat. It’s a quality installation and is regularly shown off to visitors interested in solar.
And the roof boys Christian and Keith were amazing it was not a good time of year but nothing out them off. Tidy and quick I couldn’t ask for more.

I. L.Extremely professional installation, equipment looks great and works very well as in 3 weeks I have not used more than 200watts per day from the grid with over 600kwh of energy created so far. Electricians and Solar Panel installers were fast, efficient and cleared up after themselves upon completion. Would and have recommended to others.
S. M.Matt would probably say I asked a lot of questions (I did), but he answered them all, often early in the morning or late into the evening. He was also very accommodating when I wanted to adjust his proposed installation to allow for upgrades in the future (which I'll be very happy to use Halo for). Scaffolding was erected and removed with no issues (in fact, it was completely removed within a couple of hours of the panels being installed). There was a bit of a gap between panels going up and the rest of the system being installed (and many of those days were sunny, which was a bit frustrating, but it was a discussed and agreed gap). However, the end result is a nice, neat installation that is well on its way to delivering its first GWh of electricity.
I can't remember the names of everyone involved (sorry, and not a reflection on the work they did) but Tommy was great on the admin side, as was Dan, with the electrical installation.

B.Very good service from halo renewable Ltd, they increased my present system from 4 kW to 8.2 kW and also added 16.4 kW of givenergy batteries, they used a roofer to fit the panels, which gives you confidence of no roof leaks. And all the electrician's are givenergy qualified, they done an excellent installation, well impressed with every thing. Finding a good solar company that you can trust is not easy, but I honestly recommend halo renewable to anyone.
S. K.Halo Renewables installed a 14 panel pv system for me at a competitive price, later supplemented by batteries. More recently they added an additional 10kW of storage. All working well, with no problems. Now, when the talk is of rising energy costs, my electricity bill is decreasing. And I can follow the ebb and flow of current on my computer. Good service, good price, entertainment, what more could one ask? Warmly recommended.
J. S.I have had 18 Q Cell panels (7kw) and 2 x 5kw Growatt batteries installed. I am very pleased with the finished job and the performance I am getting from the system so far. Currently not using anything from the grid on the house. Fair price, realistic timescales given at the start so I was expecting a longer wait but pleasantly surprised. All trades were quick and respectful of property. The scaffolders even replaced a paving stone which got damaged. I will definitely recommend.
T.After getting a variety of quotes for solar panels to cover both sides of my roof and a GivEnergy inverter and solar battery I decided to go with Halo Renewables. This choice was in part due to them being local - always handy in the event of any problems - but also because of the no pressure sales advice from their agent, Matthew.
Halo gave me an all inclusive price that was guaranteed not to fluctuate from the time of signing, so any increases in costs would be absorbed by them.
Through no fault of Halo it did take several months to get the system installed (global shortage of chips) and I was offered an alternate more expensive system from Growatt (but costing me no more money) if I was unwilling to wait.
The system was installed professionally by experienced roofers (Phill & Harry) and the electrics done late by Michael, who was able to install the wiring to my preferences, despite it not being optimal.
The customer service from GivEnergy has been excellent as well, giving detailed responses to my questions.
I would recommend Halo for your needs.

P. D.We have had a Halo system installed consisting of 18 Q cell panels, 9.5 kwh battery, zappi EV charger and iBoost immersion controller. Order was placed in June and completed in October.
I’ve got to say I’m really happy with the work Halo has done. Andy who fitted the panels did an amazing job and Jim the electrician did a sterling job getting everything connected up in my garage. Jim takes a lot of pride in his work, for example running the cables from the roof hiding the trunking behind a down pipe to keep it neat and tidy. It’s these small things that make a big difference.
Halo have also been adaptable to me changing my order due to GivEnergy stock issues. A planned GivEnergy EV charger was swapped for the equivalent Zappi when my Leaf delivery came 2 months earlier than planned. Due to a shortage of batteries my original order of two 5.2kwh units was changed to a 9.5kwh unit instead to get me up and running quicker.
The only negative I can say regarding Halo is the communication side of things. To be fair to Halo I know they have been placed between a rock and a hard place with GivEnergy not supplying their kit as promised but I only knew this from what I’ve seen online.. a call or an email from Halo with an update whilst you are waiting throughout the process would have been appreciated.
I’m summary I would 100% recommend Halo, their installation team and the GivEnergy equipment 👍.
K. S.Booked a couple of companies to quote us on solar panels, but when Matt arrived it was clear he was in a different league. He explained everything clearly, looked at our recent bills to ensure he would quote for the correct system which would assist our energy usage and lower our bills. He was knowledgeable, honest and very open about our options. He was honest about timescales too. The final install was dealt with by Jim and Mackenzie. Every job has a couple of hiccups (not Halos fault at all) but most of these were put right and they worked very late to ensure the system was up and running for us as quickly as possible. Matt is a pleasure to deal with and his ooen and honest approach is a real credit to him. He will only quote for bespoke systems that work around YOU. This is not a company pushing or needing the sales. Its all very personalised to the customer. Jim was excellent in his hard work, professionalism and patience. Fantastic electrician! C. R.A pleasant experience from start to finish by Matt and the team at Halo. The Initial meeting provided a comprehensive report on the proposed system using GivEnergy components. A survey followed that confirmed it was all possible to do and the best location for the system. The panels went up fairly quickly but there followed a delay due to a shortage of inverter and battery. This wasn’t Halo’s fault and the system was installed and commissioned a week or so after the components became available. I was offered a different system due to the delay but I decided to hold off for the GivEnergy system. Installers did an excellent job taking a full day to connect the system to the panels and commission it. It’s been running seamlessly for 5 days now and is fantastic. Even with the low autumn sun and variable weather, we generate enough to run the house from around 10am until midnight each day purely on solar and the battery. I also have a Solar iBoost+ which uses excess solar to heat the water. I’m expecting to not use grid at all from about March until Sep. Good dashboard too giving you just about every piece of data on the system you could think off from voltage, power generated, power used, power to battery etc, the list goes on. It works via phone, tablet or computer. Both me and my wife keep having a look at the dashboard to see how much electricity we are producing and not taking from the grid. It’s quite a distraction and addictive.
Overall, very happy with Halo, the installation, the equipment, its functionality and usability. Looking forward to the new innovations dashboards and equipment GivEnergy are developing in the future.

- Installation took a bit of time due to lockdowns in china.
-research the inverter and management of it first. However, I am very specific at what I want from it, so it might be fine with you. I assumed it would be super versatile.
+price. Best bang for the buck around.
+equipment seems to be on the better side.
+long warranty - this might be on the manufacturer, however it is what manufacturer Halo chose to work with.
Thoughts:
I have actually configured the network settings myself, it wasn't too hard(my network is secure). Tinkered around for a few days - growatt(manufacturer) inverter seems to be very slow at changing settings(probably because done via remote server - network safety anyone??).
Now the feasibility - used 8kwh in a week. Partly sunny. Saved all the battery (did not send any back as the electric company offers measly 4pence per kwh) so that is about 4 pound worth of electricity at todays prices. This is obviously in a rather sunny period, so will be more during winter, but that's expected. So far so good.

J. L.If you are looking for solar and battery solutions, I would recommend Halo Renewables. I had a number of quotes from different companies and in the end I went with Halo. Mainly because of how Matt talked me through his thoughts on the installation and gave some great advice.
Due to Covid there were some delays in the installation that couldn’t be helped, but Tommy kept me informed on changes to the installation date. He always answered my calls and questions I had.
On the day of the installation, Phil and Jim were great. It was in mid-December so light was an issue testing the system once installed. Unfortunately, there were a couple of teething issues. Matt was great in responding to me quickly; and both Phil and Jim travelled over an hour and a half to get the issues sorted on separate occasions. The system is working as it should now. As unfortunate as it is to have teething problems, a great company reacts to them well and does everything they can to sort them out. The team at Halo Renewables did a great job. Thank you.
J. C.I very rarely give reviews but I have to share my experience with this company. I went to several different companies and got a lot of quotes mainly for just solar panels. Matthew was the only one who stressed the importance of batteries and already a day in I have seem my house being powered by the solar and batteries hardly any usage from the grid. The team have been Fantastic Tommy in the office always contactable Matthew in the field answering my many questions the wonderful chaps putting the panels up tidy clean and quick. James the electrician was also exceptional taking time to explain the system. Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. Highly recommend.

After 6 months I am so pleased to write the performance of the batteries I purchased from Halo and also the back up service from Givenergy is absolutely outstanding; won't lie, it was quite a fraught purchase and installation, however I felt compelled to get back to Halo and say how pleased I am with these batteries and obviously delighted at what could be one of the best investments I've made.
It was a difficult time for both of us over the implementation and purchase but, hopefully you will appreciate this positive feedback and I thank you for the end result.
All in all, if I do have a problem with my Solar panels and you are still involved in the maintenance/performance etc, I would like to think we could do future business.

I was fully informed regarding the amount of panels required for my power consumption and advised a battery would be a sensible option. There was no pressured sales talk, just a menu of options geared to my circumstances. All the equipment was installed very efficiently. After a year I can see the system is performing better than I expected. I can honestly say I am totally satisfied with the advice I was given. The last time I checked the performance the panels had provided 47% of my electricity use. Far more than I expected.

From the start, Matthew was professional and knowledgable, advising on the most cost effective solution for our home rather than highest sale figure, I'd already had two "over-the-phone" quotes which both were different. Tommy's (office) communication has always fast, polite and responsive. The installers (Keith and Jack) were very fast and efficient, they noticed a potential issue with a panel during the install and went to pick up a replacement without my knowledge. The electrician (Daniel), did a high quality job, there was no rushing even after snags with the commissioning of the inverter with givenergy meant the day was dragging on. He was at the property 0930 until past 1900, but would not leave until it was sorted (the commissioning issue was more related to a complex givenergy process - they could definitely make it more simple for the onsite eletricians). S. C.I have delayed my review of Halo Renewables to allow a start to finish review which includes system functionality.
From invite to quote I found Mr Stevens knowledgeable and concise with no pressure to purchase applied. System options available were fully explained detailing exactly what could be installed and an indication of predicted performance. Like for like other quotes were cheaper but these lower quotes included the installation of cheaper components or did not have the capability of capacity which I required. The only down side of Solar Edge system was that the car charger did not attract the government grant but with the system requirements finalised the Halo Renewables price was highly competitive so I selected them as my preferred installer.
The installation team were highly professional and went to great lengths to discuss my preferences for the installation and explain each component of the system. The installation could not be completed in a single phase due to the unavailability of specific components but within days the components were installed and the system commissioned.
Initially the system appeared to function correctly but then random settings would change and the system would not operate as expected or desired. On contacting Halo Renewable a positive response was provided and together with the OEM, Give Energy, they worked hard to resolve the ongoing problems which culminated in the replacement of a key controlling component within the system. Mr Stevens continued to pro-actively provide support and monitoring of my system giving peace of mind that it is operating as planned.
The system has now been operating as planned from November 2021 for the last 2 months during which it has generated sufficient energy for consumption within my house and on days with improved light has pushed any excess back via storage battery charging. The Apps provided by Solar Edge and Giv Energy are stand alone and provide separate functionality, neither App can do everything but both are easy to use and stable in use. Once accustomed to the Apps it is easy to monitor system performance and select functions like car charging.
I have had significant interest from friends and family who frequently ask for updates on performance and the savings which are being realised, they continue to be as impressed as I am. When any of them decides that the financial time is right to take the plunge to store solar power and electrify their transportation I would encourage them to invite Halo Renewables to discuss their system requirements. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Halo Renewables and if I had a future requirement for solar energy capture and storage I would engage with Halo Renewables without delay.
A. M.I had been looking for an affordable but future-proof solar installation that would be viable for the foreseeable future. The system Matthew suggested was the most advanced one I had been offered to that point, or since. Of course it was not cheap, but nor was it too expensive. The panels were among the best, the battery huge (8.2kWh), and the Solar Edge controllers some of the best around.
Installation had an unavoidable hiccough, but was done efficiently and cleanly by Phil and Jim from the team. The wiring work was very neatly done. I think they were the only people working on our property to have removed their shoes when entering the house. Good job guys.
The system is now up and running. There are still some issues to settle ( changing energy providers is the next step Matthew will be advising us on), but it all works. On a sunny November day we now get nearly 6kWh from the PVs.

A real professional job so I had no hesitation to contact Halo again when we were looking for battery storage to add to our system. A good price was agreed and the system was installed a fews days later. Another quality job carried out by Halo.
My electric bill has now almost disappeared. The first week with our new system and we only used 6kwh, less than 1kwh a day, this included charging my hybrid car, it was a sunny week for April.

During the planning phase Mathew was a very knowledgeable and helpful sales person, he knew the solar products inside out, listened to my requirements (eg using excess solar energy to heat the water tank) and tailored the final design to meet them all.
Implementation was a bit of a challenge due to the weather and required a couple of visits but the final outcome was very neat, from the solar panels on the roof with wiring hidden in the loft to the cables around the inverter and battery being boxed in. Additional requests such as adding a couple of sockets for powering garden tools weren’t a problem.
Operation since install has been pretty good, a minor issue with a tripping fuse has been sorted. The components making up the system work perfectly together and the sizing of the solar panels through to the battery are perfect for the my electricity usage, I’m very pleased with the final outcome of my solar PV system.

From start to finish, Matthew and his team were extremely helpful, polite, and hard working. They were more than happy to stop and answer any question I put to them. They even helped set up my account so I could sell my excess electricity to the grid. From the initial enquiry until completion was just over 6 weeks.
A month after having the solar panels installed, we decided we should have had a battery installed from the beginning. Mathew sent round one off his team and installed it less than a week later. Apart from the solar panels and the battery system, when they had finished, you would have not known they had been. They cleared up every thing immaculately. I would go far as to say that my office ( where the battery and inverter are installed) was cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived.
Just to give you a half yearly Idea of how well the system is doing Here are some readings from 4th of June until 31st December (2021)
Total Solar Generated 2597 Kwh (This went into the home and to recharge the battery the rest was exported )
Total Solar Exported 1038 Kwh ( 365 Kwh in the first month, before I had the battery installed)
Total Solar Consumed 1038 Kwh
Total Consumed from Battery 1430 Kwh
I am on Octopus Go Day time tariff 14.2p per kwh. Between 0030 hrs and 0430hrs 5p per Kwh
In the summer months I did not need to charge my battery over night, when autumn arrived I started charging the battery on the night time tariff, so in the morning I had 8.2 kwh waiting to be used throughout the day.
Taking into account the cost of charging the battery at night. The system has in that 7 month period saved £ 321.29
If it had been on a 20p per Kwh tariff it would have been £462.39 Saved
If it had been on a 25p per Kwh tariff it would have been £585.85 Saved
if it had been on a 30p per Kwh tariff it would have been £709.31 Saved
if it had been on a 35p per kwh tariff it would have been £832.77 Saved
I would most definitely ( and already have )recommend Matthew's company Halo Renewables Ltd to any one in the Cambs area who is considering a solar system. I was so impressed , that I am now buying a further 8.2 kwh battery from him. A Truly excellent company.

A. S.September 2021. Spent several days trying to get a response from any company in Norfolk or Suffolk that would quote me for solar PV. Once I'd filtered out the cowboys, I picked the 3 closest companies. One got back to me initially but then went very quiet, nobody answered their telephones or replied to email so I extended my search area out to some 100 miles from Norwich. I'm glad I did because I found Halo Renewables. Matthew (mostly on the road) and Tommy (mostly in the office) were attentive and answered questions (pretty much) as I asked them. I already had a good idea of what I'd like which was 6KW of panels and 8KW of battery storage. I could only get just over 5KW on my roof so I decided to go to 16KW of LiFePo4 battery storage after Tommy suggested it. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone associated with the job. On the install date (November 2021), the scaffold went up and Phil and James turned up to do the job. These guys are the absolute best. Polite, professional, tidy, amenable, helpful and extremely neat with everything they did (including remove a defunct satellite disk for me, I do NOT do heights, heights are for other people). In my opinion, the local boys could learn an awful lot from Halo. Thank you Matt, Tommy, Phil and James, a real credit to the renewables industry, every last one of them.

My smart meter monitor shows zero energy from the grid at most times during the day (except when charging the car). The iBoost+ also keeps the water hot for much of the time, which means less gas used. The system saves me money and I'm paid for the electricity I generate and export to the grid. The only problem I had initially was the delayed completion of the correct FIT paperwork by Halo, though everything was sorted in the end.
