We had a lovely day visiting the spa for the day as a hen party. The booking process was easy and the staff were very flexible for such a large group. I chose the Drift Away massage as my treatment and it was excellent and so relaxing. The drinks and chocolates at the end of the day and makeup session for the bride was a lovely extra touch. I am giving four stars for the facilities, as others have said, these are definitely in need of an update. The treatment rooms were beautifully decorated but the pool and surrounding facilities did not quite reach the same luxurious standard. The walls and pillars are in need of a fresh coat of paint and the showers need replacing as they appear very old and are badly stained. Hopefully these upgrades can be done soon soon so that the overall experience can be be reflective of the wonderful service provided.

First time here as received it as a mother's Day gift. Facilities could do with a face-lift (very old) but staff were friendly and I enjoyed my treatment. Met some really friendly regulars and it was nice to chat, as they put me at ease as never really experienced a spa before and I was very appreciative. I was advised best times to visit is between 12-2pm as it was busy due to being the school holidays 🤗

Situated in Orton Hall Hotel set in a woodland setting close to the Ferry Meadows Country Park. The reception was friendly, polite. We were treated to a Spa experience which included a serilic mud pack treatment, a pool, jacuzzi and a very nice sauna, however the steam room was not working on the day of visit. This was all culminated in a genegrous and tasty afternoon tea complete with sandwiches, scones, cakes and a sweet. Only disappointment was we booked the tea for 1.15 but after complaining of being forgotten we eventually received the tea 30 minutes later which made us rush it as we due to be somewhere else.

Imagine Spa & Health Club is a very nice place to go and have a relaxing massage and use their facilities. The staff there were very friendly and very helpful, they talked us through our day there and they said that the ladies would come and get us when it was time for our treatmentaqqa. We had the Mediterranean hot stone massage and it was absolutely lovely, the 2 girls were very nice and told us what they were going to do before the treatment. We are actually considering about becoming members and getting another massage there!

My wife and I had a day of treatments with Paige, Hannah and Larisa. Paige and her colleagues were skilled and utterly brilliant through every treatment. Kind, attentive, Knowledgeable. One of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences of my life. Highly recommended.

Nice pool & Spa. Staff are also all very friendly and nice. Only issue is that the facilities are not kept up as well as I would expect for the membership prices they charge. They are clean but walls need paint, tiles need fixing, etc.

A bit tired. Grate in the steam room is gross and cracked. The 'gym' consists of 2 running machines and 2 cross trainers. No weights, mats or space to do a workout. The pool and jacuzzi are nice but standard. Overall, a bit disappointing.

First visit. Overall impression was good. Few things that would need to be done to improve any rating. Paid for mud treatment via Groupon, I had no issues with booking or redemption. Staff was really welcoming and showed us the facilities. We got a complementary robe, towel and locker but didn't get the slippers as advised on website. It wasn't a big deal but worth mentioning. The gym facilities are very basic, limited wet area pool seating, needs a touch up in places around the pool as showing signs of neglect and skylight windows cleaning. We got hungry after few hours but couldn't easily find information on if food was available so got dressed and walked to Ramblewood Inn. Mud treatment was automated but could be improved by allowing more time relaxing in mud solution and less in shower mode. Overall experience was positive and would consider returning.

Wednesday was just amazing. It's not just how clean the pool, changing rooms and treatment rooms are, or the amazing deals, but the staff. they're so kind and the woman who was "working" on me today (I prefer to just say with) was amazing. she was kind, approachable, friendly, calming and I felt I'd known her for years. she really put me at ease and I loved speaking with her. Arūsa was wonderful in every way. she's a really special person and a gem and credit to the entire spa 🌸 ❤ thank you for making my day so memorable and relaxing, just what I've needed. I've been saying since last year I needed to go to a spa to relax but finally managed it after having to cancel due to ill health 3 times. Imagine spa are so caring and understanding. My favourite spa of all time and I'm always gonna go back! The most memorable and relaxing day of the year, not disappointed in the slightest!

Lovely staff and massage, the pool area looks a little rundown with rust and general wear and tear to the tiles that kind of taint the experience but if you're able to look past it it's generally quite relaxing

Good location with free parking. Avoid going at peak times as parking can be limited. Facilities are very clean. Went for an enriched full spa day which included a facial and hot stone massage. Highly recommend getting these! The lady who did my treatment was lovely and explained everything thoroughly prior to treatment. Will definitely be going back!

Very friendly staff. Facilities were clean and tidy, robes and towels provided. Swimming pool was lovely temperature, I felt refreshed when leaving. I would reccomend going when there are no children around because they were obviously I bit noisey and ruined it a little. But that's no fault of the Spa. :)

Went to the spa as a guest as thinking of joining. Pool is nice, as is steam room and sauna. The jacuzzi was a bit over-chlorinated, but cleared once it had been running for a while. I think my biggest concern is how tired the place looks. Rust on the ceiling frames, dripping pipes, tiles blowing out on the pillars, the shallow pool's tiles have lost all their glaze so rough as concrete. The showers near the pool have 1 out of 4 working, and the showers in the men's changing rooms have hardly any pressure. Aside from this, the staff seem friendly and polite, but would be nice if the place was shown a little, ok a lot of, TLC and maintenance jobs were carried out. It’s still worth a visit and given its location I will probably overlook most of the niggles.

Just walking a few yards i would scream but i told millie about it and an hour later im walking down the stairs and out to my husbands car without stopping in pain only crying from the joy.
