We grew our business at Peterborough Workspace between 2019 and 2022. It is an excellent place to launch and nurture your start up business. The space is cost effective and flexible, which is exactly what you need for a fresh business. Additionally the 'added value' is the support you get from the people and businesses you are surrounded by. James the GM is a massive advocate for small business in Peterborough and a wealth of support, information and contacts that will be an invaluable support for you in your new venture. Without doubt the very best option for shared space for small business in Peterborough and I am very grateful to be in a position to have 'grown up' out of Workspace.

Peterborough Workspace provides excellent surroundings for any new business or individuals aspiring to achieve and excel. Nicely centred in the busy city of Peterborough, you will at the heart of pretty much all customer bases. Some very successful businesses and individuals have started there journeys here. Peterborough Workspace offers a great way to have business premises with affordable fully serviced units. Your unit is accessible to you 24/7 and weekdays there is always someone available to enable deliveries etc via the goods entrance. With the potential to start with a smaller unit and upsize when your business grows its excellent for fledgling businesses starting out. Telephone and Internet is available to your unit and other rooms are available for use for training, interviews or presentations. There is also good networking opportunities with the other resident businesses and beyond. Invaluable advice and sensible guidance from others can be just what your business needed to grow to that next level.

We use Peterborough Workspace as our virtual address. It is great for us as it allows us to have a PE2 postcode and a professional address. One day we may even venture into having a physical office at workspace. Knowing James and the team well at Workspace it is a great environment and so supportive. I've been using various venues for several years now for networking events and sometimes what seems like a perfect venue, just doesn't work... and inevitably, if it stops working for the group, we move on. I don't think we are going to be leaving Peterborough Workspace any time soon as there's just something so right about this place! It is what it is... It's honest, it's genuine and it's full of innovation and growth! One of our more popular venues! Thank you James for always being so accommodating! Update added January 2021 - I have also been a virtual tenant for almost two years now and it's so nice not to have my home address any more on my website or invoices. I have recently moved out of workspace into more local premises and cannot fault James and the team. They are so supportive of businesses, helping them to grow and develop. Nothing is too much trouble. I am very sad to be leaving the Workspace family and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to take that first step into having business premises.

As a DC power supply repair business we relocated to Workspace nearly 4 years ago now. Good facilities including broadband, telephone, secure cctv monitored 24hr access, conference room etc. Heating and elec included in the cost as well as dedicated telephone line (excludes calls). Post, Parcel deliveries and collections managed well by the staff - handy for us as we're not always present at the unit during the day. Would recommend to any small business either starting up or looking to downsize.

Workspace allows us flexibility to grow our business at an affordable cost. I’d been previously co-working without the benefit of our own private space - now we can host meetings within our own office, and there’s room for my first employee to have a permanent desk. The community is lovely and the building is well located in the city without having to pay for parking.

My wife and I moved into the unit approx 6 months ago with our training company. We completely had free reign to have the unit how we wanted. James and Clive always have been available to lend a hand when needed. James has been an absolute legend during this pandemic and his business knowledge is second to none! A great place to start or expand a small business. Many of the "headaches" are taken care of like mail collection, reception, telephone, broadband, parking and security - leaving you to run your business more effectively. Staff are great and very supportive. Lots of networking opportunities with other small businesses in-house.

Workspace has been perfect for us over the past 5 months. It has 24 hour access into the building 7 days a week even over bank holidays. It's ideal when working out or away from the office because when i get some free time I can go to the office to catch up with paperwork at ease and no worries. It's a welcoming place and everyone is friendly.

I hold very pleasant and positive memories of Workspace House. I started a Domiciliary Care Agency in 2014. I chose the place for its ideal location that it is easily accessible from the town. Furthermore there is always parking space available which serves as a bonus. I found a very friendly atmosphere as the place is unique with different types of businesses operations at Workspace House holding units or offices. I found the networking and interaction very useful in promoting the business together with hiring resources within. I arranged for a colour photo copier to be installed in the office and got one of the colleagues operating his IT business to install the computers with connections etc. The beauty I found was that anytime anything went wrong the concerned persons were onsite and were more than obliging to assist in resolving the problems. We had communal facilities of sharing a kitchen fully equipped a conference room that when required can be freely booked. I often used to hold training sessions for my care staff and hold full staff meetings. This worked out well with me. The Director and his assistant were very approachable and nothing was too much for them when requested to assist. Often they went beyond their line of duty to help anyone on the premises. A great space if you want an area for small scale manufacturing. Used it twice for incubating a small business. One is know occupying two good sized industrial units around the corner. The prices are reasonable and the people couldn't be more helpful and friendly.

I was made to feel welcome from day one. James and clive has helped us with alot things business related which im very grateful for....nothing is too much trouble for them. Having 24 hour acess 365days a year is benifical to me as i work away alot. Its a secured building so if your in there on your own you feel safe as well as the security of the cameras. Vending machines are available and a kitchen to make drinks is always clean and tidy.
