Just WOW!!! I walked in as the description of the restaurant intrigued me... I was certainly not disappointed!! They were roughly half full on a Saturday afternoon at approx 1pm. I was quickly seated and the staff were attentive and did not leave me waiting.. I ordered a Mac & Cheese starter... what can I say.. it was probably the best I've ever had. Very cheesy and had some beautiful spice to it... My main was a mango chicken curry... this was beautifully presented and had a lovely sweet mild spice flavour... I will certainly be returning and sampling more of the delights this wonderful restaurant has to offer.. 10/10

Definitely worth a visit. The tribe are so friendly and it feels like coming home. Even ended up doing yoga inversions in the street!

The vibe and intentions of this place are so good and well intended. The classes, food shares and events thrown are all with love and kindness. Sometimes things can be slow or a little late but that is because its mostly volunteers and people wanting to do good! Really recommend getting involved.

Wow what an amazing place with a great variety of workshops and treatment rooms. Meditation, laughter yoga, yoga, kirtan singing, crystal sound bath, hardwiring happiness to name a few of the workshos You are made to feel very welcome. Would highly recommend

Another amazing afternoon spent with some fabulous souls. Amazing energies and insights into how we are all feeling. Feeling energised , happy, more attune with myself and balanced too. Thankyou Sonia grover it's been a real fun loving afternoon and I so well needed it to.

This is a lovely space tucked away down a little ginnel off Cowgate. It hosts all sort of ethical and spiritual events and courses as well as group sessions and one to ones. Run by lovely people who are friendly and welcoming. Check out their website for a calendar of events.

Amazing centre for wellbeing,yoga, massage,reiki,womens groups,sound baths, chanting, hypnotherapy, vegetarian and vegan meetup, laughter yoga and lots more, a place to be the best you!
