Ashley is very organized, this year before the anniversary of my annual maintenance date Ashley phone me to remind me of the annual maintenance time. Very quickly we sort out an appointment which he should be doing the work. Ashley always gives fair and affordable price and he doesn't Push the payment to get his account on the same day. I called Ash to do my annual boiler service - he was able to schedule me in within a few days and arrived when he said he would. He was very thorough and identified a couple of things that needed replacing, he fully explained the issue and the full cost and showed me the faulty parts. Having been let down by our previous boiler engineer, Ashley was a breath of fresh air. He ordered the parts required and fitted them within a couple of working days of my initial phone call. We were delighted with the high quality work from Ashley and Steve, Ashley advised us on what boiler system, radiators and programming would best suit our property and efficiently installed it. Really pleased with the service received from Ashley and his team. Great customer service, very responsive and excellent workmanship. Our shower was leaking and Ashley responded quickly and arranged for the work to be completed in a timely manner. In our hour of need, Ashley managed to fit us in his busy diary at very short notice. I sent him a video of the messages flashing up on our boiler ahead of his visit and Ashley arrived pre-armed with the parts he thought could be causing the issue. It was an intermittent electrical fault which didn't make his job easy! Within 45 minutes of his arrival, he diagnosed the actual fault, fitted the new part and our central heating was up and running. I cannot recommend Ashley high enough - incredible service!
