I've been using this place for decades. It has undergone management changes but I've never had complaints buying or selling. I recycle for a living and am often given products. I need to sub-contract my selling. I have no emotional attachment, even today I'm dismayed when people are offered fair market value and feel abused. They can't walk into a wholesale, quick-sale world, expecting retail prices leaving no meat on the bone for the company. The staff are always wonderful and professional. Thank you

Always knowledgbly professional and friendly the team have given fair and good prices for my unwanted items. 2 staff members especially Mike and Shane have been most approachable and friendly. I will highly recommend to my friends.

Generally quite a poor experience. They offer around 65% of the melt value for all gold, which is ridiculous given the ease with which you can sell gold for 100% of the melt value. Poor selection of jewellery due to the low prices they pay; they do sell at more competitive prices than neighbouring Wants (who charge obscene amounts). Will often be selling an item for more in store than they will be trying to sell it for online. If they got a couple of staff who knew their stuff and offered respectable prices, it would be a far more successful store. Has potential but currently under-delivers. Also, bad end of town. Most of the customers are terrifying.

Freindly staff and great pricing, not to mention the new collection service makes selling things so much easier and hastle free.
