Had an excellent experience using Gasjack for my bathroom refit. Communication was always polite, professional and timely. Always turned up for appointments when they said they would or called in good time to say if an emergency had cropped up. The team that came to do the work were all very hard working and excellent at their trades. Were really careful and caring of my property whilst doing their job and were very clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

Used GasJack for the first time and was very impressed by the service. They performed an annual boiler check on my new Viessmann boiler and installed a gas hob and new electric oven. This was done in a professional way to a high standard. The back office and the guys on the day were all courteous and knowledgeable. Fast, friendly and excellent value, with clear pricing, I will certainly be using GasJack in future for other projects.

We had GasJack in to put in a central heating system. From the minute Jack came in to give us a quote, I felt really comfortable with him, Jack is very knowledgeable, and thorough. He is also very polite, well mannered and friendly. When they came to do the job, they were very good, Sam, one of the engineers encountered a couple of problems that we hadn’t anticipated, but it didn’t seem to phase him, he just got on with it and sorted the problems out, Sam was very polite & knowledgeable too, tidied up afterwards too. Lee came in to do the boiler, he was also very knowledgeable, polite, and well mannered, again tidied up. The company came in, job done, though they were met with a couple of problems, the job was actually completed in less time than I thought it would take. Would I use Gas Jack again? I most certainly would and I would highly recommend the company.

Lee did a great job servicing our boiler - he arrived on time, was friendly and efficient and was happy to give advice about a recent problem we had experienced with the central heating system. He was knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing! This was our first time using GasJack (which was on personal recommendation) and we shall certainly be doing so again.

We had a massive leak in the bathroom caused by very poor previous installation, the leak went right through the wall into our bedroom which meant we had to have the bedroom wall replaced aswell. Gasjack were there to save the day. It was an awful mess and way more work than we expected but nothing was too much trouble for Jack and his team. We had the shower and plumbing correctly installed, splash back cladding replacing the existing tiles and the bathroom now looks brand new, better than it ever has before. Gasjack also installed a brand new vertical radiator in our lounge the work was so great and looks amazing that my mother in law decided to have the same done in her house. We can't thank Jack and his team enough. No more stress and tears. Genuinely the loveliest guys you could meet. I wouldnt want anyone else to do the work in our house again Thank you
