Had my first experience with Moorland Heating today for a boiler service. Mike was great at explaining the issues with my current bolier and the steps that would need to be taken to fit a new one, just great personal skills in general. I called today on behalf of my uncle. Engineer has been, sorted it out and only charged £50. Other company wanted £350 or a 6 month contract at £56 per month. Thank you

Our boiler stopped working over the weekend and we phoned to ask for a call out. The staff were very friendly and told us we would get a call back from the engineer to arrange a call out. The engineer called us back very quickly and was able to simply and clearly talk us through how to fix the issue ourselves and was happy for us to call back if we had any further issues. It was a huge relief and we're very grateful for their help!

I was able to book a service for my boiler at very short notice. The engineer arrived the next day within the allocated time slot. The service was carried out quickly and professionally and no mess was left. I hadn't compared but I was more than happy with the price I was offered. On the whole, I am very happy with the service provided by Moorland Heating and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Just had a back boiler replaced with a new Worcester Greenstar. Fantastic job by some of the most friendly and professional engineers it has been our pleasure to host. Excellent service and helpful staff, friendly explaining exactly what the problem was. My old boiler started to leak, Moorland heating Ltd, came out the next day. The engineer recommended that we replace the 21 year old boiler with a new energy efficient boiler. 5 days later the engineer arrived, replacing old pipework and installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler, which in the long run will save money. Professional, clean and tidy.

Buying expensive stuff like boilers is a scary thing for someone who doesn’t know what they’re on about - These guys were amazing and explained everything thoroughly. Super professional, modern company. Friendly staff that I felt at ease with in my home. No query was too much bother and their response time to questions etc was fantastic. Recently had our entire gas central heating system, boiler rads etc, replaced.. The install team worked around our furniture (ie minimal disruption to our busy household). Quote nearly 20% less than a certain NATIONAL Gas company. BUT a higher spec system with a TEN year guarantee. Nothing was too much trouble, polite friendly, vacuumed up every day before leaving..
