Lester is a fantastic hypnotherapist and life coach. He is down to earth, fun to work with, and resourceful. Although I had already received a lot of life coaching support in the past with someone else, Lester helped fill some of the gaps, by providing me with tools to become self-sufficient and a more confident man. He also provided some hypnotherapy, but it was primarily the tools that I needed. Due to this, and because he is a genuinely nice guy, I would highly recommend him!

I met with Lester over 10 sessions to help identify, discuss and improve my relationship with food. I was quickly put at ease and never felt awkward discussing personal things with him. Our discussions evolved organically and he helped me to set my own goals and achieve them with what felt like no "hard work" being involved. This guy is worth every penny. I have struggled so long with stage fright to the point I blacked out on stage singing and come around a few moments after the song has finished. Fantastic service , very friendly and professional. I suffer with anxiety , worry alot and overthink before i start my day . My body then shakes and i lose focus and concentration . I wanted help with this , i wanted to get start driving again but my aniexty was stopping me. .My hynotherapist Lester identified on the 1st session what was triggering my body to act in this way . Following help from Lester I managed to get through a pretty traumatic year, meeting challenges head on and successfully working my way through them.
