C. G.First class service from Higher Walton Glass. We recently ordered a replacement double glazed unit that we were fitting ourselves. HW glass confirmed my order and kept in constant touch via email. Unfortunately the first unit we received had a mark on the inside of the unit, but HW glass sorted this out and we were able to collect a replacement unit within days with no problem at all. Can’t fault them at all, nothing was too much trouble and they were very knowledgeable about what they sell. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
G. W. R.Higher Walton Glass supplied me with some 10mm toughened glass for a windbreak I was installing on my patio. A slight delay was to be expected due to the Covid-19 situation but Steve sorted it out for me. Very happy with the price and quality. I would not hesitate to recommend.
A. P.I urgently needed some a glass panel for our greenhouse, to replace one which had been blown to pieces during the week I rang just before the workshop would shut on a Saturday. The lady said she would stay open until I got there unfortunately I needed a pane cut to a specific size. The men were out on a job in Southport. S. M.A last minute bespoke mirror, ordered 2days before Christmas, was supplied earlier than expected the following day, fully finished bevelled edges. Fantastic service! Mirrow was 6mm glass, safety backing, and looks superb. Thank you HWG - you exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.
