I attended Katie's pregnancy yoga session and it was fantastic, I would definitely recommend her classes. A fantastic mix of practical and theory, she made sure everyone could get involved amending the positions dependant on where you were in your pregnancy journey. Even as a 2nd time Mum I came away from the session understanding my body more and I felt empowered to believe my body would know what it was doing on the day. The skills I learnt certainly helped during the early stages and I felt confident during my labour. Thanks Katie.

Katie’s classes are fantastic - highly recommend. The 6 week course goes through different aspects of support whether that be different positions, breathing techniques whilst still also being active and having the ability to take time for me. The Empower your birth was fantastic and I’d recommend anyone who is over 14 weeks to attend. It goes into the science of what is happening and what will happen whilst also being calming and empowering. I’m nearly 30 weeks and never felt so supported for my birth.
