I phoned Platinum Gas about damage to a gas pipe. Left a message on his mobile voicemail. Within half an hour he had phoned me back and he immediately visited the house to assess for a quote. He carried out the repair the next day and serviced the boiler at the same time. He was a nice guy, was very efficient, did a great job and the price was very reasonable. When we called him again about another plumbing issue, he was once again round within half an hour to fix it. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to others.

Absolutely outstanding service! Honestly 10/10 in ever possible way. Was let down massively by British Gas Homecare (wait was 6 days for 24hour emergency service cover). Reece will now be our first call. Was on site and fixing the problem within 22 minutes of sending my address over on a Saturday tea time. Truly outstanding service and person.

Top class reliable and speedy service. Called for a registered gas safety engineer to come and fit a gas cooker. He came that same morning and done a perfect job. No problems, friendly, professional and maintained social distancing whilst wearing a face mask at all times. The cost of all of this was considerably cheaper than other registered gas engineers in our area. Platinum Gas based in Preston has to be the #1 go to company for domestic gas related work.
