Brilliant from start to now nearly finished. Sophie a real gem. First car purchased and collected yesterday and arrangements made for my twins cars to be delivered on Tuesday for them to learn to drive. PART EXED my CITROËN DS3 for a really great price against a Fiat500 lounge ,low mileage, fully serviced, mot 12m. Andy arranged for my car to be taken and the new one delivered in Birmingham. I love my Fiat 500. Won't look back now. I live right on the edge of the new Clean Air Zone, so won't have to pay now. Cannot thank you enough YCC. Smooth process and really professionally done.

The only complaint I have is that they were unable to diagnose a fault with the clutch whilst the car was under warranty. I have since taken it to another garage and they knew instantly that it needed the clutch replacing! Pity because the staff were lovely
